Anytime I have questions and send a message about my script they always call me back within an hour. A few times I've dealt with backordered meds and insurance issues and the staff have worked to resolve or get guidance on what action I should take. Those with negative views, please remember this. CVS corporation is evil and does not give pharmacists the support they need. Yet pharmacy staff does their best for our safety and health. Often, barriers like staffing, regulations, and insurance are the cause of your problems. PS: I am not a special, high priority patient who's life is at risk without my meds. All my meds are routine and can be missed without any serious effects yet they STILL prioritize getting my scripts on time, even a few days early.
