The woman at the counter (we thought she was an owner) was barely cordial. When my husband did not produce the paperwork quickly enough to suit her she grabbed it from him -- and did the same thing he was doing to find out what and where to sign and did not save a second. We were charged $30.00 for our two signatures. Adding machine tape for a receipt. Not a friendly reception or transaction. Second chance. Family member went in with a flash drive to get an Excel document printed. After a great deal of trying to figure it out and a lot of discussion about the date on the document, the same woman finally got it printed. It took a lot of time that was not necessary. That was frustrating enough. But then ... The ink in the printer almost had run out, so not all of the page was printed properly. When this was brought to her attention, her response was to say that the machine didn't tell them it was out of ink. She just shrugged it off as though it wasn't important, and definitely not her fault because the machine didn't tell her. And then there was no offer to reprint it satisfactorily, and no offer of a discount if we wanted to keep the poor copy. Not even a "here's a 10% off coupon for your next order". Having worked in the printing business for over 20 years, I can say that this was possibly the worst customer service experience I have had at a print shop. I'm headed for the "brand name" places that care about doing a quality job and actually serving their customers' needs.

Their customer service has always been top notch & they are always willing to ensure the quality of the job is done well. Around Thanksgiving last year, we were in a major bind; an online printer couldn't open our files, & we suddenly needed 2,500 prints ASAP. Demetrius, the manager at the time, stepped up & handled everything. Despite the tight deadline, he & his team were able to push the entire job out within 24 hours. Arden responded so quickly to my request and pricing was provided as quick as I was able to provide the artwork. There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them.
