Needed a birthday gift, so of course I came here. This place specializes in gifts. Upon arrival, the owner came and sprayed my hands with hand sanitizer. They have a box of masks for those who don't have one. I shopped around the entire store, but I found what I wanted as soon as I entered. It was a beautiful glass, large mouth Corkcicle with champagne color on the bottom. Perfect. I also grabbed some of the stainless steel straws. They had a few options for environmentally friendly straws, all of which had a cleaner, some with a case. The store is full of Christian goods, Vera Bradley, candles, serve wear, clothes, shoes, jewelry and socks. There is a lot to look at. While waiting in line to pay, I saw a brumate that I wanted. Their prices are cheaper than Brumate online. I got the slim for $22. At the register, I told the gal that the straws and water bottle were a gift. She wrapped them in pink paper and placed in into a matching bag with a flower on it. Nice! The gift wrap and bag were no extra charge! I was glad to have shopped here. This store is my mom's favorite. Lots of Pandora, Brighton, and Alex + Ani bling. This is a really great place for gifts and they have a large selection of jewelry and Florida style clothes. Lots of fancy flip flops and cruise-type wear. They also carry popular costume jewelry, some product lines that I have never even heard of before. Some bohemian, elegant, etc. Walk On Water also has a surprisingly large selection of college gear for local schools like UF, FSU, UCF and even university gear for Georgia and Alabama. Lots of college game day kitchen items for tailgating or repping your team. This is cool place to pick up some unique gifts because of the large variety. I think the staff here takes the name of the store a bit too literally. Unfortunately, I did not have the same service experience as kim k. My shopping style is pretty laid back - I only ask for assistance when needed. Maybe it was an off day for them, but I did deal with two different staff members and I received the same response. Both seemed inconvenienced by my request for assistance. It's a shame, because I saw quite a few interesting items - found they carry Big Buddha Bags, which was a recent discovery and an exciting find. Guess I'll go to the Winter Park location - I hear service is better there. read more

I went here with my mom for the sole purpose of buying a Vera Bradley wallet, and when I checked out the lady would not talk to me at all. She and another sales person who was up front looked at me like I was scummy and i felt very self conscious. I can handle sales people being rude to me but to look at my mom the same way really angered me. The reason i gave it 2 stars was because I love my wallets pattern and it wasn't horribly overpriced. read more

I was so upset coming into this establishment today. Usually this is my go to gift place. However, the employees have seen to have taken a turn for the worst. I was there today wanting to by some gifts. First of all I was not asked once if I needed assistance. I noticed several employees talking amongst themselves ignoring customers. I let it go. Then when I reached the counter to make my purchase, not one employee came to the register. Mind you, there were several employees just chit chatting. One employee behind the Alex & Annie counter was so busy talking to her friend about the weekend just looked over and ignored me. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching, I walked out. Sorry, Roxanne, you lost about a 300.00 sale. I will not come back here again. Thank your employees. read more

Went into this shop while wandering around the other day. The staff was over the top nice but not pushy. They asked if you needed assistance but didn't try and push pointless sales or purchases on you. They have a ton of different jewelry including the current crazy Alex and Ani bracelets! They have a huge selection of Yeti mugs, Lilly Pulitzer, and Vera Bradley! Tons of cute picture frames and serving dishes!! It's really a cute little shop to get things for yourself or as gifts. I love this little boutique it's a great place to find a gift for someone. There was a really sweet clerk who even wrapped the gift for my sister's 50th birthday when I asked. I don't think they normally do that but that was nice (and it was free) They have a nice variety of items. Vera Bradley, Brighton, Pandora and Alex and Ani bracelets ! I always have to stop here when I'm eating in this part of town. They have everything from Brighton, to Vera Bradley to yellow box to name just a few. They have really cute things & even a clearance section. The service is fine. Not too pushy & not too uppity. I will be back they are always changing & adding to their selection. Went in with my wife for a quick visit. I was expecting that my wallet would burst into flames upon entering the store and was pleasantly surprised that they had lots of items with gift appeal that you don't necessarily see every day. The best news for me was that the prices seemed to be reasonable. If you are browsing for gifts, nice items can be had in any price range. read more

I dont like to be bothered when I'm shopping and I was thankful that the customer service assistants didn't shadow me around like I have had in the past at other small boutiques. They were there when I needed them, but they let me explore all the shop had to offer, which was a TON!!! I really liked how many different options for gifts or "pick me ups" they have. There's something for everyone in there. Alot of the items I have seen else where but it's nice to have them all in one spot. Prices were WAY less than what I had thought they would be and I did buy a few things. I will definetly be back there for holiday shopping :) read more

This shop is simply adorable! If you love Brighton or Vera Bradley this store is for you! I have bought several purses here and have been very pleased. They have some nice unique gift items too. The shop has a lot of stuff, but you can still walk around without feeling like you are going to break something. I found the ladies working there were very nice and weren't pushy. So basically, nice unique items, good customer service, and great location. It is not the cheapest store, but their products are high quality. They do have some items like candles, key rings, wallets that are a little more on the affordable side. read more

I'm really sorry to be giving this place a bad review because my family loves this place but the customer service here is AWFUL! Whenever I go in I am never greeted by anyone. When I ask them questions they grab what I asked for then immediately walk away like I am not looking at anything else (I usually am looking at the jewlry cases which means I will need further assistance). I'm with Helen R. on this one I always feel like I am inconveniencing them as if they are not there to work. I always have to ask to be let into a dressing room and I always have to ask someone to ring me up. The only time I get good service is when I come in with my mom. My mom has even stated there are only 2 women there she will work with. If they are not working that day she literally walks out and goes back another day. I received a phone call today stating that half my order came in but the other half did not. I asked if they knew when the other half would come in and they simply stated "no" so I asked if they could kindly find out and she again just said no have a nice day and the conversation was done. It's a shame that their customer service is so poor because they have great items there. Once my order comes in I won't be coming back!!!!! read more

I was beyond disappointed with the service from this small boutique. I went in looking to purchase a Alex & Ani bracelet and honestly I should've just walked RIGHT out! The two ladies at the A&A display counter were possibly doing inventory however didn't even attempt to help me nor welcome me to the store. At this point I was on my way out when a sales associate finally approached me to assist. While she assisted me I still didn't feel like a valued customer and as a small business advocate I would hope they would leverage every referral opportunity. Needless to say I've shared with plenty of friends and family that I WON'T be spending my money there in the future! read more

Have been in this store and spent lots of money over the years they have been open at this location. Today, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I went in to get my Pandora bracelet cleaned while I looked at charms. There was only 1 person at the counter and she was busy with customers. She tried to get the attention of her coworkers but nobody came over. I then did as she asked and went to the other counter for assistance. I found a clerk, Staci, who was only straightening the shelves. When I asked her to please put my bracelet in the cleaner, she was very short and quick to say, "we close in 7 minutes there's isn't enough time you will have to come back". Never mind that I had been standing in the store already for over 10 minutes without being spoken to! If I had not interrupted the lady who was waiting for people to just decide on what they wanted to purchase, I would not have been acknowledged at all! read more
