They go months (and 2 years during the pandemic) without adding ANYTHING new. I don't know who owns and operates this service, but they should basically scrap it. Overall I think the products are quite solid. I would confess I had to do some digging to find this reference with a physical number and for that I am dinging them one star. I think for a company as big as DJ their number should be plastered across their site, their CONTACT US has no number. That complaint aside here are my thoughts on their products and services. I cannot speak to the quality of their hardware gear, I only focus on content development. With regard to content I find it to be exceptional for most products. I think their music and soundfx are meager and less then awe inspiring but the After Effects and video and graphics products are outstanding. Since their introduction of the ala'carte menu for those who failed to get in while the getting was good (like myself as a platinum user) the prices may be less then stellar. For those on a plan its amazing. I pay a set rate and grab what I want when I want it. I may be limited to 15GB a month but they offer a rollover plan that allows me to ebb and flow with my purchases without exceed my monthly data quota. I think it fits well into most of us doing business. Just prior to their introduction of the Monthly plans I purchased some great bundled packages at a sales price but was a bit disgruntled that I made big purchases that were now nulled by the platinum membership. Amazingly they reimbursed me for my purchases. I suspected it would take more wrestling to get them to do so. In that regard I would disagree with the customer support comments listed. I suspect most of the posts listed here are prior to their introduction of the membership programs. I am writing this today because I had a tech support question regarding their new Juicer and monthly data quotas. I used the number listed here. Received a support representative on pick up of the phone and he very accurately responded to each concern with a tangible and effective solution. Let me finish by stating that I do not work for them, none of my friends or family work at the company and I am not being paid for this review. I just felt they deserved a fair shake from a customer who has a very different experience then those listed here to date. Keep up the good work DJ!!!

Once I got my computer back from Dell, he told me the best components to optimize peak performance. He remoted into my desktop and changed settings on the fly, teaching me why. He is amazing!! Wow so much to tell. I went to the store which was very nice looking. I needed over 1200 documents…read moreprinted. I was given a quote of .38 cents per page. I was told I would receive a proof later than afternoon to approve. The next afternoon ( not later that afternoon) I received the proof. I was told that there would be an extra fee of $200 to convert every to PDF. I was ok with that. I wish I would have been told that when I dropped everything off but again I was ok with it. I then received another quote that the job would be .20 cents per page more than my original quote. The reason given to me was that I didn't reach the minimum 1200 pages that I told them I needed. I was puzzled because I knew I had at least 1200 pages. So again I said ok. I received my documents and everything looked great. I then started going through everything and realized I was missing a lot of my documents (about 600). If you add everything up that was missing it comes up to the 1200 page minimum. So if you go back to the original quote I should receive all of my documents plus a refund since I now meet the minimum needed to receive .38 cents per page. I was then told that I needed to pay an extra $300 to receive my extra pages. I asked to speak to someone with authority and was basically told that I was given the wrong information up front. This whole ordeal has been nothing but a headache and I will certainly never use this company again. Buyer beware!!! Update: I've been dealing with Josh the owner. He explained to me that everything was a miscommunication on their end. Although he couldn't do anything for me on the past order he did give a deal on a future order. I'll change the rating to a 3 because I still feel I paid too much the first time but Josh is trying to make it right.

I visit this location mostly to return items back to Amazon…read more It's conveniently located on my way home from work so it's easy to stop and quickly drop off my returns as I'm passing through. For this particular service, I haven't had any issues with the staff and they have always been friendly and quick to assist me in this process. I usually ask for a return receipt and they comply promptly. This is a small store so they might be limited on services or some items usually found at larger UPS stores, but all in all, they do a good job and I haven't had any problems yet.
