They go months (and 2 years during the pandemic) without adding ANYTHING new. I don't know who owns and operates this service, but they should basically scrap it. And until recently I was very happy with the service, but recently I have found they have one very frustrating condition. If you bought a lifetime membership for a x$ amount and then add the X$ per month subscription to get more out it, you are officially their hostage to either cancel or keep paying the subscription. Let me explain. What happened to me is I had new Credit Card come in and I decided to test which royalty free subscriptions I missed the most as they got cancelled. I couldn't remember what I was getting extra with Digital juice so before I outright cancelled I wanted to see what I was actually getting. BUT YOU CAN'T. Without cancelling or updating my credit card I cannot even access the library. Essentially making the lifetime package I have paid for null in void unless I cancelled or update my card. I get it that most would say- Just cancel it then or pay the $5, but its the principal of it. You pay any where from $200-500 for a lifetime membership so you should always have access to those products, updated credit card or not. From my experience, with any other site, if you need to update your payment details, you lose access to the extra features but you still get access to what you have paid for (or get for free) you just lose access to the bonus stuff. Digital juice if you read these reviews fix this.

He walked me through my options and best "bang for the buck." Ultimately, we found the best option was to repair the old one and improve the performance. Once I got my computer back from Dell, he told me the best components to optimize peak performance. He remoted into my desktop and changed settings on the fly, teaching me why. He is amazing!! Wow so much to tell. I went to the store which was very nice looking. I needed over 1200 documents…read moreprinted. I was given a quote of .38 cents per page. I was told I would receive a proof later than afternoon to approve. The next afternoon ( not later that afternoon) I received the proof. I was told that there would be an extra fee of $200 to convert every to PDF. I was ok with that. I wish I would have been told that when I dropped everything off but again I was ok with it. I then received another quote that the job would be .20 cents per page more than my original quote. The reason given to me was that I didn't reach the minimum 1200 pages that I told them I needed. I was puzzled because I knew I had at least 1200 pages. So again I said ok. I received my documents and everything looked great. I then started going through everything and realized I was missing a lot of my documents (about 600). If you add everything up that was missing it comes up to the 1200 page minimum. So if you go back to the original quote I should receive all of my documents plus a refund since I now meet the minimum needed to receive .38 cents per page. I was then told that I needed to pay an extra $300 to receive my extra pages. I asked to speak to someone with authority and was basically told that I was given the wrong information up front. This whole ordeal has been nothing but a headache and I will certainly never use this company again. Buyer beware!!! Update: I've been dealing with Josh the owner. He explained to me that everything was a miscommunication on their end. Although he couldn't do anything for me on the past order he did give a deal on a future order. I'll change the rating to a 3 because I still feel I paid too much the first time but Josh is trying to make it right.
