Granted, they don't file insurance but their prices are so deeply discounted, it's not a big deal. No prescription required. No sleep study paper work required. No needing a RX to look at the masks then hassling my doctor with redundant forms and prescriptions before I can purchase or even look at their routine supplies. Best of all, I've been dreading my call to Cross because I've struggled with their red tape since 2013 and my doctor's office has been annoyed by them as well. I had car and homeowners insurance with Jay Jackson since 2018. I've been with State Farm since…read more1989. Everything was fine. Then in March my car insurance policy was cancelled. I was never notified it was going to be cancelled, nor was I notified after it had been cancelled. I only discovered this when I went to the State Farm app to download insurance cards and there were no cars listed on my insurance. When I called Jay Jackson Insurance, Ugo Spadafora said he would check into it and get back with me. He then emailed me insurance policies for my cars and told me my cars were insured. My bank that 2 of my cars were financed through notified me that they were going to put insurance on my 2 cars unless I could get a declaration page from Jay Jackson Insurance stating I had insurance and there was no lapse in coverage. I contacted Jay Jackson Insurance and was told it would be handled. It was not. I had my bank contact Jay Jackson Insurance and they were told the declaration page would be sent to them. Never happened. My bank and I repeatedly contacted Jay Jackson Insurance to figure this situation out. We were basically ghosted. Emails were sent, phone calls were made and messages left for Ugo. Never got help. This went on for 2 months. I finally contacted State Farm agent Zach Ingram and had insurance on my cars within an hour. He also informed me that the insurance cards Ugo sent me were no good. The policy had been cancelled in March. So basically my family was driving around for two months with no insurance. And to top things off my bank charged me $1,400 for the two months I was without coverage. All I wanted was to find out why my car insurance was cancelled and how to get it back. My payments were taken directly from my bank account so they were never late. Never found out why my policy was cancelled and Zach couldn't figure it out either. But at least I have insurance now thanks to Zach. I'm not criticizing everyone at Jay Jackson Insurance because I've only dealt with Ugo. But after this situation all of my insurance needs are through Zach Ingram.

They act as if you're doing them a favor by choosing them to insure your vehicle. Rates go up every few months without reason. Some companies lower your rates for not getting in accidents, this location raises them.
