I have a dually and it's impossible for me to air up my own tires (stupid but true). The service here is impeccable. The guys that checked and aired up my tires, smiled, made eye contact, had me on the road in 15 minutes. As I waited I watched the gentleman in the office greet 5 different people like they were neighbors, asked how families were, gave great advice on fixes, all with a genuine smile. My husband, grandson, 2 dogs and myself were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania on June 23, 2020. We were on I-95 when one of our brand new trailer tires, purchased from Walmart blew. We had a spare and continued to our KOA in Summerton. We had the spare replaced at Walker tires, but I was still scared of another blowout so we talked to Ken about what we could replace the 10 ply tires with so that the chance of another blowout would be minimal. Ken did not try to sell us anything, but recommended a tire with steel casings, he said that most blowouts happen in the sidewall of the tires and these would greatly reduce the chances of that. We decided to go ahead and get the tires from Ken instead of waiting until we get to our destination. Ken knew that we were in kind of a time crunch and that we would be waiting at the tire shop with our grandson and 2 dogs until all 4 tires were changed, so he gave up a 1 pm appointment and put 3 of his guys on our 1 trailer. I have to say, these 3 guys could have worked as a Nascar Pit crew!! They had us in , out, and on our way in a little over 30 minutes!! I know this isn't how a normal tire change goes, because we just had the tires changed on the trailer last year at Walmart and it took 2 plus hours, and we were also waiting with our 2 dogs. The trailer we were towing started losing a tire on I-95, and we had to pull off on the Manning exit. Made it to Walker Tire & had EXCEPTIONAL service. They were able to replace both tires in about 30 minutes (knowing we were still on a long drive & had a toddler in the car seat). Can't say enough good things. read more

My family was travelling on I-95 when our brakes locked up. Fortunately for us we were near Manning, SC and took our van to Walker Tire Company. It would have been easy for this company to tell us that we needed new brake pads and calipers, but they were honest and found that the problem was simply a loose bolt. The work they did on my van was done quickly and got my family back on our trip. I have experiences no further issues after going to Walker Tire and would highly recommend it to anyone. read more
