This is the most unfair, ridiculous trailer repair service we have ever experienced. $15 filter…read morecost over $1,187.11. The driver called service that was showing on Truck Repair app 58 miles away. The answering service said the shop was closed on Saturday and it was also 200 miles away, but they can send a mechanic to change a fuel filter in his trailer. NO ONE CONTACTED ANY OF THE MANAGERS OR OWNER OF OUR COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OR ESTIMATE. They never even informed my driver of their miles or the cost of the repair and they never got an approval of charges from him as well. If we knew they had to drive more than 58 miles we would contact any other shop closer. For half hour work they charged $1,187.11 and said that bill included pay per mile, pay per hour and shop supply $85! Would love to see that expensive shop supply for a simple filter change! We contacted the service manager Rick and the owner Brendan to try to negotiate the price and they both said it was a fair price. They also said that their calling service could not tell my driver that they were closed or 200 miles away, which was a lie. They blocked our trailer so the driver would not move and they called police while we tried to negotiate with management. This is a very very poor service and to lie like this to cover your people is not professional and affects your business, because companies and drivers talk. Do not use this service. We all in the same business and scam companies and drivers on the road shows how you do business in your shop.

I received my new 30 foot Goose Neck trailer from Alum Line and was very happy about the looks of…read morethe trailer. I had the opportunity to speak with a design engineer from the company multiple times during construction which made me feel I had a better than average chance of getting what I ordered. This didn't happen. I was very specific about what this trailer was being used for and what was being put in it. I even gave the minimum height of the trailer ground skirt after the trailer was built and 6000 pounds of equipment were placed inside. You would think that a design engineer would be able to design the trailer with the correct axles and lift so that the trailer would not go lower than the required minimum height when finished but the trailer showed up at the local dealership 1/2 inch lower than the minimum height and it was still empty. They wouldn't change the axles even though they are wrong for an empty trailer let alone a trailer that is going to have 6000 pounds of equipment mounted in it. The next issue had to do with the generator doors, storage hatch doors, windows and entry doors. They all leak when it rains. Every entry point leaks every time it rains. The doors were installed with the frames bowed so the weather stripping didn't contact the jam all the way around the doors. The windows leak around the frame and through the tracks and you can see light through the closed storage hatches and generator doors. The trailer has a welded Diamond plated aluminum roof which leaked at every seam as well. The roof leaks were fixed easily with self leveling sealant but all the doors, windows and hatches are riveted in and is going to be a mess to fix. Alum Line wouldn't take responsibility for these issues which means I will end up paying for their poor craftsmanship, lack of customer service and poor design capabilities. As I said the structural integrity is great but I've now lost 3 months of building time and we've paid $8400.00 dollars of monthly payments for a trailer which can't be built until the leaks are fixed. I can't in all good conscience recommend Alum Line to anyone who doesn't want water getting into their trailer. Keep looking.
