I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Camping World. What was supposed to be a repair…read moreturned into months of frustration, poor communication, and additional problems with our camper. Our camper sat on their lot for over two months, much of that time without being worked on because of a misdiagnosis after they ordered a new set of motors and failure to properly fix the issue the first time. We were told the repairs would take approximately 13 days, yet we continued making payments on a camper we couldn't even use. When we finally came to pick it up because we were told it's ready to go we discovered new issues that were not there before: the slide-out was visibly misaligned, seals were missing around the slide-out which will probably result in water damage in tough areas and the heater door that was listed on the invoice was not even installed. To make matters worse, there was additional damage to the exterior of our camper that appears to have been caused while it was in their care. After speaking with multiple other customers, it seems we are not the only ones who have experienced excessive delays and poor service. It is incredibly disappointing that a company of this size would allow repairs to drag on for months and return a camper in worse condition than it arrived. Camping World did offer a small concession of $260 on a $4,000 bill & to fix the damage they caused but how can I trust more damage won't occur when we take it back in? $260 does not make up for the inconvenience, lost camping time, ongoing payments, and lack of quality workmanship. We will be taking our future repairs elsewhere.

We were to able make a deal on the trailer and are very happy with the purchase. Yes they could have cleaned it better and had it ready for us to use that night. There was a lot cleaning and prepping to do as we parked it for the first night. They worked with us as we had bank issues and understood what we were dealing with. They had us in and out on pick up our last trailer I was stuck for well over 6 hours at pick up. I explained that I was leaving for FL on Oct 10 for 3 weeks and best case, I could drop it off early and have a buddy pick it up. Cody, who I was speaking to, looked at the calendar and basically said, bring it on the 7th at 1:00 during his lunch and he would take care of it. Thought that was pretty cool. When I arrived, he hopped in my truck spun the camper around, where he needed it and went right to work. Had it done in 30 mins while my daughter and I walked they some open inventory and visited the shop. While doing the camper and after it was done offered some advice if I decided I wanted to do it myself in future, check this don't forget thy type of stuff. In the end he charged what I thought was a fair price. Especially since he squeezed me in. Maybe I could do it Myself next year but think I'll just come back here. Took the money and Never delivered the truck, and 30 days later, and fighting all the way to get it delivered, and left in the street because not even the trkr could get it started. It was a total death trap, with holes and rust, and broken wires hanging everywhere. And looks like a broken axle. Trkr just left it in the street. Wasn't delivered to home. I wouldn't put my dog in it. Don't trust this company ever. We are going to take legal action, because he doesn't want to do anything about it. Rusted holes in the doors, and floor board looks like it's getting ready to cave in. He said it was a great trk. Dan the owner, will lie through his teeth to make a sale.
