Around 4 pm I could see them on the map a few miles away then I was informed that due to "dangerous weather conditions" my package would not arrive until the next day. What dangerous weather conditions? There wasn't a cloud in the sky, but giving the benefit of a doubt, I checked my weather app and three others including the NWS. Not only were conditions fine, there was zero % chance of rain. I immediately called their service line and was told they could do nothing. I asked for a supervisor, who did verify the driver had not been authorized to use the weather as an excuse as there wasn't no bad weather and would be talked to when he got back. She tried to get him to drop my package off anyway but said the vehicle was already off line so I had to take ANOTHER DAY out of my time to wait. I did get my package today, damaged, might I add, but I'm am still seething. I would give zero, no, negative stars if I could.

Its apparent that the feedback is not reaching managers who care and as a result it never makes it to the drivers. Just follow the requests in the Delivery Manager. No excuses other than laziness and incompetence. Our house sits about 200 yards inside this gate, rather than have them code in, drive up to the house and deliver to the door, i really thought it would make it easier, quicker and safer (i even installed lighting at the gate for the sole purpose of helping the couriers). I blew my car horn, but he did not stop. He entered onto Perry Hill Road then rolled his window down to tell me when I see a truck I need to stop or get out the way. Once I arrived at my destination, I called the company to report his actions. Driving a moving van does not give the driver the right to disregard traffic laws and road rules.

Backstory: I discovered only a few days before a deadline to submit documents to a European country for an application, that it still required my recently certified Alabama birth certificate to have an extra level of official verification called an "apostille" (who knew that was a thing?) which can be issued only by a state's Secretary of State's Office. I'm in California so I scrambled online to find a service to do this on my behalf. Every business I called including national companies that specialize in this could not pull off the task in the few days I had to make deadline. Golden Notary could and did so in crazy fast speed. Get this: I overnighted the birth certificate to Sara. Next morning by 8am California time/10am central time, she'd gotten my FedEx delivery, already been to the state office and obtained the certification/apostille! She scanned the documents and emailed them (I think she had told me she has scanner in her mobile office) then put the paper docs in an overnight delivery to me with tracking number. And did all this for a great rate that was noticeably less than every other place I called(which also couldn't pull this off before my deadline). I'm not a plant here to gin up a good review! I never heard of Golden Notary or Sara before I did an internet search for "mobile notary" and came across their listing. But I'm truly grateful I did.
