I can go to virtually every other retail store and use my credit card but I go to the Maverick, this one is the one I frequent most, and it rarely reads my cards so I have to go wait in a line to get an authorization code to then get gas. Please fix the dang readers!! It's not the card. It's your readers. And not just at this maverick but others as well.

Probably the most convenient gas station if you're headed towards the Provo airport, and it usually…read morehas the cheapest gas. There are only 2 other gas stations on the west side of I-15 as you're going west on Center, and this one is not the shiniest, but it's my choice. I didn't go inside so I can't vouch for the goodies. Again, the other stations in the area may have a better selection, but it's the price that got me--usually 3 or 4 cents cheaper. Note: when you're filling your car up, you have to lift the black cradle that the pump handle sits in. This used to be standard procedure, but the signs all over the pump indicate that people just aren't getting it. Lift the pump, lift the cradle, then pump away.

Do not have signing up about no dead heading and no car parking in the truck parking however…read more There are several trucks park in the red zone (fire truck and gasoline regulations about parking near pumps). And we are an oversized load and require 2 spaces to accommodate the load we are carrying. You allow a truck to park in a non existent space between us and the tractor trailer next to us. I have no issues bringing in DOT or the local fire and police authorities to handle the concerns we are currently having with Loves Management and uniform application of parking. We have been parked here all day awaiting permits and not one single employee or driver has been non understanding of our over dimensional load being parked double. Yet your manager will walk out here and insist he is just. His truck will fit easily into the car/truck parking in the front. He isn't carrying a load, doesn't have a trailer and literally doesn't have any of his DOT licensing displayed. So again how do you even know he is a commercial vehicle. Looks like a work truck to me. Police or don't police the parking lot but don't come out here and walk past 6 trucks parked in a red zone to come get involved if you aren't going to uniformly apply your own rules.

If you're coming in off the main road heading east, you're going to need to make a few left turns to get in there. And on a busy day, that can get tricky. However, that said-I was able to satisfy my search for mint oreos, a delicacy that can be hard to come by. Chevron had me covered-with an end cap fully stocked with them. Pair that with a slushie drink, and you've KO'd any respectable sweet tooth.
