Everyone told me if you store your boat at port 32 Do not let walkers touch your boat. Unfortunately for me I feel I like to give everyone a chance to see how they treat me it was the worst decision I have made. After over $1,000 they still couldn't figure out how to turn on a GPS. I picked out then tried to buy a boat from Walkers in Naples. I was told it was a brokerage boat and that I needed to speak with Brad Skelton. I called Brad and told him I wanted to buy the boat he had listed. He told me he was in Texas and asked me to please wait until he returned to buy the boat so he could get his commission. I agreed to wait. He promised he'd hold the boat for me until he got back. I headed over to Walkers as soon as Brad alerted me he'd got off the plane. I called Brad when I left to let him know I would be there shortly. He told me he'd sold the boat. This guy has no integrity and belongs somewhere other than in any customer-facing position. If Walkers will hire someone like Brad Skelton they probably don't deserve my, or your business. read more

Three years ago, I wrote a great review....but things have changed! I store my boat at this marina so I gave them my repair work, and tried to be a good customer. I scheduled a 100 service on my motor in February, '23. I added two things - repair a broken switch and check my trim tabs. My bill was $3,321. They charged me $345 to tell me my trim tab didn't work and I need a new pump. They said my bilge pump needed replacing ($603). These two things were covered by my Sea Ray warranty....but they aren't Sea Ray dealers. I should have been told that. They charged me $220 to replace my interior lights switch. That's fine...but it still doesn't work and I paid the bill 6 weeks ago. All I get now is "crickets". I scheduled a time to have my boat out on a service rack so I could clean it. I got there with a buddy and we were all ready to go....no water. The county had the water turned off, no idea when it would be on. I realize it's not their fault, but do you think I got a call to tell me there was no water? No. The dock guys are very nice and do there job for me. The restaurant is great. I also like the app to schedule my launch. The service side is just awful! It's no wonder they don't allow outside vendors. read more

I have had my boat at this Marina for three years. Dry dock. My family goes out on the boat last week and found that someone had stolen over $3,000.00 worth of rod and reel's. Today I spoke with the manager Eli. He said they left the boat in the water that night and they saw young kids on video stealing from my boat and others. At no point did I ever know that they were not putting my boat back into dry dock at the end of the day. His excuse "we got busy". Lazy people. Bad company. read more

Before you decide to store your boat at Walkers ask them: How many boats they have dropped in the past year (many) How long is the wait on the weekend (hours) If they damage your boat who is responsible for the repair (customer) read more

Terrible service! You would think they would have people after 5 pm to take boats in on the forth of July. They need to dredge the waterway deeper near there pathway to bring your boat in it is at only 1 foot deep! The bathrooms were once again closed, several days they close the bathrooms??? They need to give people key cards so they can get to the bathrooms. This place has gone way down hill the guys that take your boat don't care what they bang into, they don't clean the boats anymore, when you are pulling into the pier they just stand there looking at you. This place is such a disappointment. The employees continuously leave early & the main dock manager is very rude, & unprofessional. I can't imagine running this kind of business & it being this poorly run. On top of that they make absolutely no room for parking on purpose. We've had our boat here for more than a decade and ever since Walkers took over we've been completely unhappy. So many other better marinas in Naples. Do not recommend. Walker's Hideaway is the worst establishment in Naples, please be aware of their service dept. Eli the GM is the most rude person I know, he is arrogant and self serving. They scam the boat owners that come to have work on theirs boats, I have heard many times over from other people that they got scammed also telling them they need a new engine like they told us which was so untrue. They are dishonest and lie, I don't know how they stay in business so think twice before bringing your boat there..buyer beware!!!!! read more

Made a BIG mistake by putting my boat here and signing a one year lease. Service is horrible and the mechanical department is a MAJOR ripoff! They charged my card 67% more than the quote I was given then wouldn't return my calls regarding the bill! RUN RUN RUN the opposite way!!!! read more

I have had my boat stored here for the past 2 1/2 years prior to the new ownership taking over about two years ago. Since then it has gone drastically downhill! Mr. Walker is in the business of selling boats, apparently not to help or please his customers who pay a monthly fee. They took away half the parking again this year, numerous employees have quit and it seems there are no dock hands anymore to assist you. Now you are forced to pay a yearly fee for the bar and pool area as a member but they still allow nonmembers in to use the bar and pool which makes absolutely no sense to me. If you try to go out in low tide now you're in one footbof water and hitting bottom. Look for somewhere else where they care about their customers and members if you are looking for a good place to store your boat. I will be pulling my boat out of here once my contract is up this year. Such a shame because it really used to be a good marina read more

Quality new boat, plenty of motor (150hp) and a bimini top at a very fair price. I researched several in the area for our bucket list (mine!) vacation fun time and they all were about $100 per hour. This company actually picked up the phone and a friendly young lady (Anna I believe) answered all our questions. The price was far less. I operate on the wisdom of "You get what you pay for" but in this case, as it is rarely, sometimes you get MORE than you pay for! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the boat and the ease of the entire process. The address is behind the Naples airport and most of the property is taken up with a 3-4 story giant warehouse style building (dry boat storage). Anna gave us the basics of operation and a laminated guide map with EZ directions. GPS and VHF radio, everything clean & new looking. We followed the numbered buoys out along the intercoaster waterways, passing gorgeous luxury mansions/homes and equally ridiculous money yachts. Great freedom ride. You can pull up to the public parking spot in Tin City and have lunch. We were a little bit unfamiliar with docking so we did not stop. Good business, good times. Highly recommend. You need to be somewhat familiar with boats and treat this as a nimble excursion, not one for the timid or weak core body as you need to be savvy and nimble getting on and off, plus heightened awareness of other boats, signs, buoys, channel markers, GPS etc. All good for anyone that practices wise & safe boating. Deducted 1 star for the lack of accessory facilities like food & drink options, so don't let that stop you, take a cooler! read more
