Truck and Auto Sales, and seeing they advertised 24-hour road service with Tires, we pulled in. My husband asked about their tire services, only to have the woman working behind the counter tell him that they don't do tires. That was odd, considering they advertised as a 24-hour roadside service who sells tires. What business sells tires but doesn't install them? When we pulled in, one of the tires had gone completely flat. We would have very likely purchased a tire or something to fix the tires, but we were rebuffed by the woman working there. She was polite, said they would call a wrecker to take our vehicle to a place that would fix it. Thing is, why can't a place that sells tires not install new ones? We were traveling from Texas to PA. Though she was 'polite', it was very obvious she did not want to be bothered. I put our old tire inside the car. It made my arms dirty, so I went in and asked for a restroom. This same woman told me it was "across the street". Really? I'm supposed to believe every time the employees have to use the restroom, they have to go across the street to the Valero Station? Sorry, but I don't buy that. It is possible that had it been another employee, they may have been willing to sell us a new tire and help install it. My chief complaint is about the woman who was working there. It was obvious she did not want to be bothered with us. We took some photos of the business. When she saw us taking photos, she tried to get photos of us in our vehicle. I'm sure she knows we have a complaint. This business may be very good, but that one employee gives it a bad name.

The paint jobs were done lazily and i could see the flaw's at night ( looked like 97 cent krylon from wal-mart ). Get your body work done elsewhere. Here's what happened, this place picked up my car from flying J in Franklin KY. ( were I parked they called it abandoned ). Well I was in 3 days after it was taken to there lot. Well upset as most people would be about unexpected bills and no way to know how much they are I was not pleasant on the phone and they weren't helpful either not knowing how long they had it. After I found a ride to there shop I called back to say I was on my way to get my truck and he said he didn't have to come in until Monday because that's when the office opens again. Of coarse that meant there would be 2 more days storage fees. His hours on here are 24 as you can clearly see. The Portland police even said they can't help and make them come in so I can recover my property either ( taken without my permission I might add ). After learning how railroaded I was, I called back and said are you coming or not, and he said he would be there in 45 minutes ( and said nothing of fees for opening on Saturday over the phone, whats worse 2 more days storage fees or your fee for opening on the weekend stupid ). Well about an 75 to 90 minutes later and 45 minutes to an hour of waiting in there parking lot ( I was 15 minutes early , i wish i could have charged him detention for being late ) they showed up, in 3 classic cars like they had been out at a car show and I can just wait, screw the customer ( unfortunately I had to pay to get my car so now I'm am the customer right ). He wouldn't even cut me any slack on storage fee's either, I asked about moral compasses and he said I must be talking about flying J, and I said you don't have to charge me all your fee's, to which he arrogantly said he stored it for me, to which I said I didn't ask you to and that sure put a sock in his ignorant mouth!
