After not getting a call back on Monday morning, I called G again and the lady acknowledged getting my message but said the guys were out on a couple of emergencies and would call me back. Having not heard from G, in the afternoon I called again and got the answering machine. Since then, I have made three calls and all went to the answering machine with no call back. I contacted this firm as it is local and my neighbor said he had a good experience with them. This afternoon I called a firm in Ludington and they will have someone at the house tomorrow morning. I do not recommend Gustafson.

Every time I called him to ask about the well he assured me he would get the job done. We are 3 hours away and thought we could trusted this guy, what a mistake that was.
