One would think that he would at least get up off his lazy has that he had planed on the work table to look at my son's face. Then he asked me if we had coverage and I told him no. Only to realize after going to the pharmacy that he has prescribed my son an ointment that cost $200!!! So I called up the clinic and I got the most attitude from the receptionist when I called with my concern. I won't be going back to that hell hole. A gentleman assesed me (not sure if he was a doctor). Said the usual antibiotic that my family doctor gives me wont work. Had to wait longer for a doctor to come online for the assesment. Ultimately stayed 1.5 hrs for a doctor and when finally someone was available to video chat they were having technical issues. I had to walk out because i was getting late for work. Two hours just wasted for no reason and im still sick with no meds!

Having moved to Ajax, and with my family doctor an hour drive away, I decided to visit Appletree for the second time today. The first time I visited was last month. All was good. I was prescirbed an anti-biotic. Took the medication as instructed. A month later, this nagging cough never subsided. My fever is in and out, headache continues as my fever. Today, I told so called doctor the same thing but this time, I mentioned about the aches in almost my entire body. As supposed to trying to listen, the words that came out of his mouth stunned me. He said that "I gave you the medication. There's no way that nothing has changed." Dumbfounded as I was, I accepted another prescription from him. He said "just go and visit your family doctor" (good advice Doctor!). I've been to some Appletree walk-in. The doctor I've seen would take time to take your blood pressure, check you physically, etc. Dr. Sathiamoorthy I think only know how to use a stetoscope. He took my blood pressure but the cuff was loose on my arm. I did not feel the inflation at all! By the way, he does not even know what a head rush is! With all the breathing he made me do...yes...with his stetoscope on my back and chest...I told him to wait because that just gave me a head rush. He said "what's that?" LOL!!!

The staff are so kind and helpful, they really made my experience painless. I came here to get a Blood Test done and since I wasn't able to get an appointment, I went during their walk in hours which start at 7:30am. I arrived at 7:50am and already there was a huge line up of people in front of me. I had to wait about an hour to be seen by a nurse, which was ok, especially given I didn't have an appointment. Overall a great experience.
