I'll eventually go back some day to order some time or for a music video but amazing place to definitely check out if you live in Albuquerque, no other music studio in Albuquerque i liked more than this. As a local consumer, and business owner, I have dealt with the public before and believe me I have had plenty of bad experiences with clients and positively resolved numerous issues from my business. This was my 1st time trading with Lesmens. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and we needed a speaker and microphone. There was confusion at the facility we chose and weather they had just a mic or speaker. A couple of days prior to the event, the speaker and mic was resolved by the event facility. I called Lesmens to inform them that their service was no longer required and requested a refund. I did sign Lesmens contract for the $150 rental. The answer was no as the 48-hour contractual notification time had expired. At this joyous moment in my life, reading the fine print was not high on my radar. I appealed to their greater conscience and suggested we split the charges as I agree some of it was my fault. The response was still no. I realize business needs to make a profit, but for something so minor as a $150 charge I felt it ridiculous. I will definitely pursue other local venues for my electronic requirements in the future. $150 is a small price to pay for service, in comparison to the REPUTATION that goes a lot further than the measly profit on this order.

Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right'? Moreover, his unprofessional handling of my case transpired despite the fact I was not seeking a refund or discount which I made clear when returning his gear. I would be exceptionally cautious renting from Field and Frame were I you, and make sure to check your rental items under a magnifying lens with camera snapshots to document any flaws before setting foot out the door. Find an alternative, better yet. It would be natural for most to fall back on the statement that this is simply part and parcel renting in some place like Albuquerque, but I have had a generally good impression of this city and have had a bad rental experience in Los Angeles before. Avoid F&F, it's a rental house of last resort. You've been warned!

Let's face it, some people are naturally photogenic and well... Some might have a face for radio. Adam has the ability to capture people as if they were posed. The shots are in the moment but look as if the person was staged, so the ugly cry face or weird angles aren't something you have to be worried about seeing on Yelp. Mr Perfect Personality! He's fun and energetic, it makes you want to take snap some shots of him, which I've done at every event that he's been at. However, he wants to capture people doing what they're doing, not yelling at them to look at him. If I could redo my wedding I would have hired him.
