It came in and then was the wrong size. After the installation my husband had to call and have someone come clean because they left saw dust everywhere and told us "they don't do cleaning". The cabinets look really nice and they should for what we paid for them... but there is no communication between anyone in the company. They don't return calls and begin projects before finishing them. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

We were told it would take 5 weeks to get the items manufactured to the specifications of their measurements. Once items were received they would be installed within a week. We gave deposit and signed contact in November, project was not completed until April! Nora, the GC was unprofessional and couldn't even take proper measurements! SHE contracted out the work for installation. It was her job to make sure that HER crews knew the specifications laid out in the contract! Well, when they didn't properly install the shower panels we were told that HER crews would have to pay for the mistake NOT her! The vanity countertop was measured incorrectly and had to be removed and recut to fit, again these were Nora's measurements! We had rectangle sinks and the sink openings were cut oval, they were going to leave it that way! Absolutely not! They then had to recut the holes and it was a horrible job! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was a nightmare from start to finish! I wouldn't allow them back in my house for the punch list, I was afraid they would make things worse!! Plus, every time they left there was a huge mess to clean up! They never cleaned up after themselves!

Their subcontractors/workers were not only some of the most courteous, helpful and friendly people you could meet, but their attention to detail, knowledge and expertise was amazing. Ticking all the boxes and passing with flying colors for reliability, professionalism, communication (big one in renovations Brad and everyone answered any concerns within 24 hours or before!) and respect for my husband's disability (insured no clutter on the floor, creating barrier walls for dust, etc.) we moved on to my kitchen. Having a vision of some of the things I wanted, with the team a plan was drawn up to encompass not only my wish list, but with input from them the transformation was amazing. James and Brad (with input from Courtney and Ashley) took my wishes, added suggestions (which actually improved what I was thinking), helped me pick out the perfect cabinets, backsplash, etc. We moved walls and a door to give me a much needed pantry and opened up the kitchen to the dining/family area to create a kitchen suited for Better Homes and Gardens or Architectural Digest! The project took an additional THREE months to complete and we basically managed the project at the end. Thankfully we also hired an interior designer who helped with much of the decision making and coordination. As the weather has warmed up, we noticed that one of the rooms is very, very hot. After repeated calls, text messages and requests to James and Brad, they have failed to address this problem. It's clear that there is not enough insulation from the attic space and dormer windows in this new room. It has been over a month since James let us know that he would address this problem and nothing has been done. Based on their lack of communication and follow up, I would highly recommend not going with this company for your project.

This is an absolute garbage company with a garbage product. I'm the original owner of a house that…read morewas built with Markraft cabinets in 2021. I wanted to do a quick kitchen refresh and get new cabinet hardware. What should have been a 30 minute project turned in to an impossible task. The existing hardware has a standard 3 3/4" hole spacing. The new hardware I bought has the same 3 3/4" spacing. Imagine to my surprise that the holes drilled by Markraft installers are all over the place! They're 1/16" off here, a 1/16" off there, all of which results in the new hardware not fitting. How was the old hardware installed you may wonder? Well, much like the quality of the install, the hardware is complete trash and can be bent easily by hand. The installer bent the hardware to fit whatever haphazard holes were drilled in the wood. In addition to the random hole spacing (random despite templates being used and readily available!), some of the original hardware was secured with screws that had so much torque applied they were stripped to the point of having to be drilled out. If you're building a custom house, find a different cabinet supplier. This one is no good. If buying from one of the big builders where you don't have a say in the cabinetry, check for these things at a minimum (I'm sure there are other issues to look for that I have yet to discover) and get them corrected while the house is under warranty.

Paid for custom framed mirrors. Installed in March, one mirror had glue over applied, seeping out onto mirror. Took 7 months of constant calling to get mirror replaced. Replacement is worse!!! No glue seepage but the corners of finished wood frame have paint rubbed off!! Will never recommend to anyone!! Don't waste your money
