The rolling hills offer panoramic views of the countryside. There are some 2000 noted interments here including a Senator, Congressmen (both US and Confederate), Veterans (Civil War of course, but also War of 1812 and others. Most of the headstones are in very good condition but some are clearly losing a battle with the elements. The lanes are easily walkable and could be driven as well.
