As the day of the cleaning approached, neither she nor Shawn called to confirm the appointment, and neither would return my multiple calls and texts. I was in a desperate situation to have my Airbnb cleaned for the next scheduled guest booking. Kim and Shawn's failure to communicate forced me to desperately find a more reliable cleaning service in time before the guests arrived. I was on the other side of the country at the time, so this further inconvenienced me, and it was an extremely stressful situation.

They demolition the old one and completed the new one in less than four days. Also had the utility companies come out before even starting to make sure they did not hit any of my underground lines. Had another company come in, they actually scoped the line, took 10 minutes.. they found the collapsed line, and then came back the next day and dug it up, fixed it for $600. I do not recommend them for any plumbing services.. they don't know what they're doing.
