I had my initial consultation about a week and a half ago Denise was super responsive in answering…read moremy questions regarding the process. I met with attorney Christopher Travis for consultation, and he answered the other legal questions I had. I left with the bankruptcy worksheet, and filled it out that evening. I scheduled and attended my second meeting a week ago where I bought in my packet of documents and the worksheet. Chris went over the worksheet, and gave them everything. Denise put together the petition, and called to set up the "signing" appointment. I had this appointment yesterday, and Chris made sure the information entered on petition was correct. My petition should be filed to the court today. Just under 2 weeks from consultation to filing shows their level of responsiveness. My next step is waiting for the court to set a date for the 341 meeting....and then discharge. If you are considering bankruptcy...I recommend Keegan & co....and highly recommend Christopher Travis.
