She said because they have to travel out of Portland. I told her the system was installed locally out of their local The Dalles office. She then screamed at me & hung up. Blocked my number across their offices. Wow. I've read other stories where a customer had the same experience with their manager, and then Sky sent someone to break his furnace. Look that one up on BBB.
