We bought a gorgeous, full tree and the price was about the same as Lowes but the Ace tree was bigger, and the quality of tree was so much better! A guy came out with a chainsaw, trimmed the trunk and helped us load it in the car, and was happy to do it. It was so refreshing to shop at a place that was so friendly and helpful. Lowes is ok, I go there often, but the employees are super overworked and checkout takes forever. Ace was fast and fun to shop at, and the employees are so nice they feel like you are shopping with friends! Need more places like this here.

Chargable, non-rechargeable, different lumens, colors- there's a lot going on here! After taking a few considerations, I chose my headlamp, and went to check out. I was disappointed that the price I thought I was paying from the shelf sticker price wasn't what rang up on the cash register. Maybe it had gotten shifted around at the store shelf, but I ended up paying almost 40% more than I was expecting for the flashlight. However, it is a good flashlight, and does a pretty good job of doing what I need it to do, so I'm keeping it. The store was clean, it was easy to find what I was looking for. They even had a clearance section with deep discounts on things like decorative goods.

Not much happening in this sleepy little Texas town that provides travelers respite as they go…read morebetween San Antonio and El Paso. We stopped in on a recent trip and were greeted by friendly employees. Typical Dollar Tree with aisle after aisle of inexpensive wares. Great section of Christmas items and cards. Decent crafting supplies. Books, DVD's and Blu-rays, and much more. This store even had clean restrooms which do not require a key chained to anything so it must be a pretty safe area. Located in a strip mall with a hardware store and a Beall's which may or may not be closing soon. Definitely worthy of a stop even if you just need to stretch your legs from hours of driving. I'm sure you'll find something or a cart full of somethings in this store for your trip or for your final destination.
