Some of the aisles are kind cramped because of space. And when I say this Walmart is tiny, you can see the electronics department clearly from the door. It's good for a quick errand run and clearance shopping. If you're staying at the hotels in the area, I recommended stocking up with snacks here as everything in this town seems to be closed and done by 9pm.

Of course pretty much everything in Pecos Texas is overcrowded, run-down and expensive for what they really are. Except for Walmart! You get your standard Walmart prices but you do not have an automotive department, no 24 hours and even longer lines, but you do get to dodge Isles full of inventory that need to be broken down and items put on the shelves. Also, don't let me get started on the 20 plus people deep line because like overcrowded Pecos Texas everybody is trying to pack 10 pounds of crap in a 5lb bag, Walmart is no exception. This is one place that definitely needed to be a super Walmart. I'm going to hate to give this advice to you but the Family Dollar and general dollar down the road put this Walmart to shame. Now that you might have taken this advice, please do me a favor and do not go into these dollar stores until I am done finished and left this piece of a something town. I don't want my favorite places to get overcrowded. Oh, and before I go one more important thing, the parking lot! You think you're from Houston and driving /parking cannot get any worse than those Asians in Bellaire? Yes those people, but these people put the people that Park in Walmart to shame, actually make them look like professionals or something because if you try to come in here with a nice vehicle you can pretty much be assured you will have 6 Vehicles parked around a 4 space to park a lot around you in Every Which Way but Loose. Bathrooms (at least the guys' bathroom) was clean. Showers are available. Not sure of the cost as I didn't need a shower at this time. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, since Texas is an oil producing state, I was surprised that everywhere in the area was $3.09 + / gallon. I was not able to check in here because the store did not have Circle N advertised, but only Shell Food Mart. And, a general Yelp search by gas stations did not reveal the store. It was only when I got my receipt and looked at it, and typed in Circle N, did the business show up.

Theres nothing else within walking distances, so this it and it aint bad. Gas is cheap, and the country folk a warm friendly and caring. It finishes authorizing, tells me to remove my card, which I do, but then won't complete so I give up and go to a different pump. Similar issue with Apple Pay (which I NEVER have issues with) so again, I insert a physical card which works at this pump. I go inside to use the restroom. Another surprise, unfortunately not a good one. The restroom is in a rundown state. We look at getting a quick snack, but the hotdogs that are available look like they should have been removed yesterday. Overall, the appearance is of a business that is rundown and not kept clean. NOT RECOMMENDED!
