NOTHING is set up. No home health, no assistance of any kind. I live alone, have a flight of stairs to climb to get into my apartment, have no one to assist me, drive me. Finally get a call from his nurse just days before surgery, she's nasty, blames me for their failure. Still nothing set up. They have done nothing. It's all about the $. Maybe they also need to reimburse patients $25 when they can not uphold their appointment times since we have to waste time and take off work to see them. I for one will not be returning to this office at Orthopedic Group in Mobile, Alabama. And I definitely will not even consider scheduling another appointment with Dr Jeffrey Boatright. At some point the person that is on hold is important too. I've been in a position where I had to wait on clients in line and on the phone before but I can tell you I have never left someone on hold for that long! I ended up Hanoi and calling back only to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. I love how I am treated here and the type of care they provide is the best I have had! I get my ankles and back taken care of here and now my knee so I should know the quality of care they give.

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.
