We arrived early prior our schedule and we were told by the associate to be in the dock 10 minutes prior boarding. It has a porta potty by the huge parking lot and were suggested to use it before going to the lake. Arriving earlier gave us half hour to enjoy the pedestrian walk path by the lake . A beautiful sight to behold. If only we have time, there is a walking trail along. The tour was enjoyable, our guide was amazing. The ride gave us the chance to explore the history behind this man made lake. We solved the relaxation we craved through this boat trip for this weekend. An enjoyable ride.

I accidentally discovered this place 2 years ago and fell in love with the Beach Lake. You can go out to the lake on kayak or paddle boat anytime and also float around in floaties as well. Sunset is always beautiful every night and the host is wonderful. I will come back over and over. This place is a gem I don't want to share with others but they deserve a good review.

If you have a problem they are quick to tend to it. Well behaved dogs are welcome which is a huge plus bec nowhere else on the lake allows pets. You have access to kayaks and paddleboats and there is basketball, swings, firepit, pavillion, and other games and amenities. I definitely recommend staying here.

A beautiful scenic picturesque setting of 5 amazing cabins spread out in the woods of Pennsylvania. The perfect place to unplug yourself, unwind and relax while leaving your worries and stresses behind albeit temporarily. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding you and breathe in the fresh country air! Enjoy the amenities provided for each cabin for your own personalized experience and treat yourself to what you didn't even know you were missing!! The cabin my wife and I rented was amazing!!! The Toasted Marshmallow Comfortable and clean, cozy and warm or cool if you prefer the air conditioner on. kitchenette is stocked with whatever you need to cook (pots, pans, utensils) Walmart or grocery stores nearby to purchase whatever you need to cook, or check out the local places to eat. A map is provided to guide you to local attractions and shops. You'll share the property with beautiful squirrels and chipmunks, the occasional Deer that walk around and serenaded every day by chirping birds. A fire pit provided for each cabin is a wonderful way to relax and sit back to think about absolutely nothing Lamar and Terri live onsite and are available to assist you if needed. Wonderful friendly hosts!! A few simple rules to abide by to maintain and respect the integrity of this property. No smoking is allowed of any kind at all anywhere on or around the property which is great!!! Turn down is at 10pm which just means please put out your campfire (water provided) and just hangout inside your cabin and watch TV, play board games (provided) or cuddle with your significant other. Take time to checkout the local waterfalls and trails Please please please be careful driving as there are deer that cross the road, it's their home not ours. Respect the speed limits and you'll be fine, lots of curvy roads. Thankfully we had great weather and we were able to go out every day, check out our pictures below... The area was so peaceful and relaxing that we decided we weren't ready to leave. The wonderful owners made adding an extra night incredibly easy and accommodating, which we really appreciated. We stayed in Cabin 3, which had two bunk beds and a double bed, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Having a full private bathroom with hot water was a huge plus, along with a fully operable air conditioner and a Roku TV when we wanted to unwind at night. You also have the pond available for swimming, and the entire property has that quiet, laid-back atmosphere that makes you actually feel like you got away from everything. The honor-system general store was another great touch. It was extremely convenient to grab ice, food items, souvenirs, and even old-time candy without having to leave the property. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay. And having KC Peppers Bar & Grill right there is a major bonus and definitely one of the highlights of the area. What really makes Lake Wanoka special, though, is everything surrounding it. Within minutes you have incredible local dairies, farms, butchers, delis, and restaurants. Hartler Farms was a must for fresh milk and meat, and Alpine Restaurant & Deli had some of the best beef bacon and Canadian bacon I've ever had. You can spend the day exploring the area, come back with some of the best local meat and dairy you can find, and cook an unbelievable meal right at camp. It really gives you the best combination of camping, comfort, great local food, and peace and quiet. For us, it was well worth the four-plus-hour drive. The fact that we came for the weekend and ended up adding another night probably says it better than anything else could. Peaceful, clean, accommodating, and surrounded by some fantastic local food and farms. We would absolutely come back. Five stars!

That night it was trick or treating around the camp ground so much fun even the adults got some treats!! All workers here are fabulous super friendly and helpful!! There are 1 and 2 bedroom options available and they book up quickly on Air BnB. After staying here I can definitely see why. The cabins themselves are beautiful and spacious. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We got ample use out of the hot tub (each cabin has their own hot tub, not a shared situation) as well as the fire pit where we made s'mores. They even sell small bundles of properly seasoned firewood. We will definitely be coming back here next time we're lucky enough to catch an open slot. For someone who lives on his phone, I unfortunately didn't really get any photos because I enjoyed this so much that I set the phone down and forgot about it.

There is a nice pool area, basketball hoop, fire pit, and a small beach area down by the lake. Also, they have many sail boats, kayaks, and rowboats to take out free of charge. Our cottage also had a charcoal grill and patio area, and it seemed like every other room had the same. Pine grove is in a nice quiet area with not much around you but if you do need anything there's a Walmart, grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and many more stores about 5 miles away. We had a great time here, I would recommend!

It was quiet and comfortable and roomy. The bathroom products are awesome and we loved the maple water that came in the refrigerator. The view from the rooms of the pond is so pretty and peaceful and relaxing. Prices were reasonable, I would highly recommend staying here if looking to visit the area.
