Established in 2002.

Laurie Wall founded Wallnuts in 2002 with a passion for fresh food & uniquely creative ways to serve it. She expanded to include a store front with Wicked Meals-To-Go in 2007 & in 2014 she added in professional bar & wait staff deliverance to the business.Travelling, an obsession with food shows & pouring over her library of cookbooks & food mags keeps her up-to-date on food trends. She's labeled herself a "Celebrationist" & is Reginas go-to person to coordinate the absolute best events!

Laurie grew up at a party...music, food, dancing & fun is part of her DNA! When she established Wallnuts she brought with her a wealth of experience not only as a top chef, but also as an accomplished party planner.
