The floor Tile only needed resealing. They also cleaned and sealed the tiles in the Powder room which gets a lot of traffic. Finally, in our Master Bathroom, they changed the Color and Sealed the floor grout. Aysia was a true professional. She's Knowledgable, kind, and focused, with a good sense of humor.

The quote included sealing which I hadn't done before so the price was a little more than I had hoped. But, Sir Grout has a returning customer service at reduced price which convinced me to use their service. Isaiah did a fabulous job explaining 'trouble' spots, and what to do to fix them, then fixed them. I asked him not to move four big cabinets. He however did not move the smaller TV cabinet so when I moved it to reset the modem the tile hadn't been cleaned under it. Oh well, next year. Thank you Sir Grout.

We could sleep An extra two couples at the same time, and did. So, the idea is how to spend 3-4 k and create a wow room where guests could stay or stay over. The styles are very consistent to what we had in 2015. Just nice woodwork and different configurations for side storage ideas. Shelves, not drawers. We still are in the idea stage, we met Jay, the original owner. A wonderful man and conversationalist. To change a space to more than a bedroom is a good use of a smaller property. A two bedroom house can be a three with the pull of a handle.
