I feel like this company is a scammer, holding the car hostage because if you're closed for the holiday weekend, then why are you answering the phone, not to add false advertising. This is just another way to get more money, because if someone wants to get their vehicle, then why wouldn't you release it to them, instead rather hold on to someone else property stating that it's x amount of dollars each day that it's in impound.
