They swore it needed one bc it was leaking "BAD" and had been since they picked my car up. Which was a lie and we knew it!!!! They had my car over a month and never mentioned it, till my car was put back together and being tested, Was going to charge us 800+ for a new pump, (On top of the 6,500 for the transmission) It didn't need or need the day it went to their shop. My husband told them NO!!! Take it off the rack, he was coming to get it, He went to pick my car up and found a hole in the pumps hose that was leaking the fluid, WONDER HOW THAT GOT THERE???? They showed it to the mechanic that worked on my car and he said " WELL I'LL BE DAMNED" OF COURSE MY HUSBAND brought it home and fixed it himself. Thank God my husband is who he is and knows what he knows. A few days AFTER I GOT my car,, it started telling me it was running hot (but it wasn't) (Again thank God for my husband) It was a broken TEMP SENDING UNIT WIRE GOING TO MY THERMOSTAT!!! I had a blowout on my rear tire on the way back from getting my breathing treatment medication and I'm on 24-7 oxygen. on that particular day, I had a very tiny oxygen tank with me that was going to run out within an hour. A kind lady pulled up to the store right after my blowout and told the store clerk what was going on and then she drove me home. I had been ill for a long time and have dukes for disability. My case is pending right now. Now I find out that you towed my car and I owe 300.00 to get it out of tow and that this fee increases 50.00 a day. The car itself isn't even worth that amount. I hope with all that is in me that now that you know the circumstances you will have mercy on me. I don't have 2.00 much less 300.00 I would call but I don't have a phone
