So when we planned a mini-reno of the kitchen, I called him again, because I knew he could remove the hanging soffit and repair the ceiling properly. The ceiling isn't popcorn, but it IS textured and Dan worked his magic and it looks perfect. I have no idea how he does this. Before/after photos below. We had Roberts painting paint our house and metal roof. It was painted in August 2021. He stated it…read morewould last about 5 years. It started peeling in less than a year. He did return and and paint the original spot that was peeling. That has started peeling again and the rest of the roof has peeled spots all over it. The original color was a reddish gold and you can see that every where. It will not be two years until August. Unfortunately we are replacing the roof. He takes no responsibility for the defective spots but blames it on Sally (Sally came before we ever even owned the house. Then it was the weathers fault "hell", wind and tree limbs. My opinion it was improperly prepped and it rained a lot during the painting process. Would stop and restart when the rain stopped. I would never recommend painting a roof from my experience and would proceed with caution with this company I stopped even trying to get assistance from him. He told me it was not his fault and God knew he did it correctly.
