If not, keep reading. I've had my Samsung washer since 2018 and it's been flawless... until it suddenly started stopping mid-cycle. No error codes. No warning lights. Just... stops. I spent two hours on ChatGPT trying to cosplay as a technician before admitting it was time to call a real professional. Yelp is chaos. You send out a handful of requests and immediately get flooded by bots and generic "call us" replies. Most companies quoted me double what Vlad charged for the initial visit. One was literally 4x. I was skeptical and worried the low first visit was bait before they hit you with a brutal follow up bill. I'm happy to say I was wrong. Vlad showed up, got straight to work, listened to my full (probably annoying) rundown of what I'd tried, nodded, and immediately started diagnosing. This ended up being a pretty uncommon issue with multiple possible causes, and he approached it the right way: methodical, cost-effective, and transparent. He was clear about pricing up front, didn't play games, and didn't mark up parts. I had a hard cap in my head before I'd just replace an 8-year-old machine, and I genuinely trusted that he was trying to fix it the right way without wasting my money. It took multiple visits only because the issue was rare and tricky, but he kept at it, communicated the whole way, and we both celebrated when it finally ran perfectly again. Vlad is the only person I'd call for appliance repair. Honestly, I'd probably let him deliver my first born too.

I wouldn't give them 1 …read more Calls go unreturned, hold times are incredibly long and often disconnect, and their "concierge" service is far from top-tier. Service providers lack a direct line to approvals, as they're in the same customer queue, which slows everything down. Even worse, Elite failed to notify my assigned service provider of the scheduled date. That delay was on them, yet they offered no flexibility or accountability. Approvals for simple work take 24-48 hours, which is unacceptable. After 15 months of a 3-year plan I purchased for $1,900, I requested cancellation. Instead of processing it, they told me to wait for someone from a "cancellation department" to call. Based on the contract, I'm owed $1,178.33 (21 months prorated plus the $70 copay I paid). I'm still waiting for the alleged "cancellation" department to return my call after I conveyed to Valerie Diaz (the representative I thought was processing my cancellation) that I have no problem writing, expressing my discontent, or escalating the matters above them if necessary. The provider was due to come out on Monday, September 8, 2025; however, they were not notified by Elite. He came out on Tuesday, and both he and my husband tried to contact them because the issue is that our dryer's heating element needs to be replaced. Both left messages that were not returned. I called yesterday evening, and after realizing the rep was being robotic in her response, "that's our policy", you know what, please cancel my contract. She stated someone would contact me. I called the provider, who also called them this morning (11th), and it went unanswered again. Valerie Diaz contacted me inquiring about the cancellation. I stated why, and then she told me that the "Cancellation department" needs to contact me. REALLY? I said let it be today; otherwise, I'll escalate matters, which, as of this review, they have not contacted me about. Save yourself the time, stress, and money. This company is not delivering the service they advertise. I have filed a complaint with BBB, FDACS, posted reviews on Google and Trust Pilot. My next step is small claims court.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a complaint with the Florida insurance commissioner They got no response if anybody is interested in doing a class action suit please contact me.
