They even took proper measurements, generated renders to discuss options, sent the breakdown estimate of work and materials required in a pdf, let me see the exact materials they were going to buy, and then even got the price down to cheaper than the original estimate by the end of the job. They also offered to apply more sealant to the yard to keep it intact in bad weather. The backyard took 2-3 days. Front yard clearing took one afternoon. I am in love with the work, and now I love to be in my yard. They are excellent at asking you if you need any additional help and giving advice on future plans (for example, I want to add more plants and vegetables in my yard, and they are knowledgeable). Six guys arrived and parked the dump truck in a very precarious space that was difficult to access for even regular parking. They got to work immediately, communicated every step of the way, asked questions when needed, and even put aside valuables that they found amongst my Uncle's things, including jewelry and collectibles. I've never used a service like this before and all I can say is they set the bar for what I expect if I ever need a service like this again. They do everything. They're also going to rip out the carpets and come back and do a deep clean. They will even washed clothing and linens and bring them back to you if needed, even though I didn't need that service.
