I got my house powerwashed in April, and have some free time now to leave a review. It was extremely easy to get in contact with Chris via Yelp. He responded right away, and from there I sent pictures for him to assess the price it would be. I was new to the whole powerwashing business so to me the estimate was a bit of money, but after comparing prices, it was at least $400-500 cheaper than other places I had gotten quotes from!! On top of that, he offered us an additional slight discount. He was realistic about when his team could come, and we were scheduled for the following weekend. They did an amazing job, and we had just moved into our house so I had not seen it as anything but green from the mildew or whatever....and it looked amazing after they were done! I called All American power washing because our concrete and siding needed power washing. They were recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The owner got back to me within five minutes of texting and asked if I would send him pictures of what we needed cleaned. Soon after he gave me a very reasonable quote. We scheduled our appointment for two days later and the worker showed up 10 minutes early yes I said early for the appointment. He did a phenomenal job and was extremely professional. It looks like we replaced all of our concrete because it was so brand new looking. Our siding came out sparkling clean as well. There was no mess at all at the end of the job. I badly need a powerwash as my siding, my driveway, my gutters and well as my stairs outside on the front and back of the house were pretty filthy. It had been a while since it had been power washed. This is the third year in a row All American has power washed our patio and driveway. the guys were very professional, carefully moved and returned the furniture to its place. Their system uses a rotating brush that cleans without blowing out the polymeric sand or damaging anything. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again next year. read more
