I called to ask about shipping time. For the standard shipping cost, it appeared I would receive the item in time, but FF offered to call me back after placing the order to discuss a faster option (not an expedited service). Well, they did, they had an option for another carrier, and even offered to absorb the cost difference. I got the item a day earlier than estimated with the original carrier. The item is also quite fragile, but it was packed very well and arrived undamaged. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and will definitely be looking here first for my freaky items!

The endless amounts of gag gifts and costumes can keep me here for hours. The staff is very friendly and has always treated me and my kiddo like family. One of the owners shared a story with my boy, who shares his fascination with all things chicken. That was what originally caught my boys attention since they had shirts with chickens on them. They have all sorts of unique shirts here and it's become a routine to stop by and check out what cool new gear they've received. Recently, we checked out their masks, and I've never seen such a selection of clown and dark creature disguises. I have to say this is definitely a hidden gem that has to be explored whenever out this way and no matter what time of the year for us. I always leave with something unique and unforgettable.

This may actually be the worst Goodwill in the state. They don't follow the color of the week like…read morethe other goodwills, they don't do military discount, they don't do employee discounts for their own employees because you're from San Antonio and not San Marcos like we're across the Mason/Dixon line, then you buy a bunch of items and then find out, you gotta pay extra for a bag because they don't do bags.... and you can't return items on their color of the week. But don't worry, they have really nice new paint... I wonder how they can afford it? On top of all the things they don't do like everyone else... They sure do stick to the roundup rule of rounding up your change. Will not be coming back to this location that fancies itself the target of goodwills.

In fact, they keep on getting better in stock and fun goodies. As a makeup artist, it's why I shop here. I get some of my supplies here and other stores online. My visit last weekend with Megan and Amanda was truly a happy and memorable experience. They made shopping last weekend the best I've ever had in all the years coming here. It's wonderful people like them that make you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend this place. Not just as a makeup artist, but someone who enjoys Halloween fun, fun contact lenses for cosplay (make sure you have a prescription), lovely dark accessories, backpacks, wigs, fun gifts for friends and family.
