Called the horrible customer service department to tell them to cancel my order and I was told even though it wasn't shipped yet they would email the vendor and request a cancellation. They said the vendor is very busy doing orders so it could take them 5 days to respond. The customer service team needs to lose the attitude and do their job. Maybe they can send the customer service people to get a little training and they wouldn't have to close stores because of poor sales. What a joke

The shelves are typically full and the quality is at least as good as your average Walmart. They have a good selection of food. The customer service counter never has much of a line. The reason for minus one star is that they are turning all their checkouts into self check out. I'm not shopping at your store so I can check my own self out. Get a little less cheap and pay some people to do the check out. I mean seriously, most of the people shopping in here are senior citizens and they don't need or want to be fooling around with the checkout machine. Other than that it's a great place.
