Tons of clothes on rack after rack. Very organized, not messy, well lit. Plenty of houseware, bedding, carpets, party supplies, books, knick knacks, bathroom and other items many still in original wrapping almost new. Though most things are gently used especially clothing. Candies and snacks at the register area. Public bathroom available if needed. They even had a Halloween section. Sure, Goodwill has raised its prices with some things at ridiculous amounts but sometimes you can find a good deal here if you're patient and hunt through the racks and aisles.

Wait! It gets worse. One of the lenses fell out. My wife went to have them fixed. She was told the glasses were over four years old, and I would need a full eye exam and must purchase a new pair. Not even close. The glasses were about two months old or less. Update. I went to the same location that my wife went to. I was curious about how I would be treated. Very nice young lady. However, the first thing was to try and get me to take out an insurance policy for the new lens. When we got to the price for one replacement lens, I was quoted about 25% more money than the original glasses cost. I am in my early 70s and have never made a negative review in the past. I felt obligated to warn others of what they could experience if they are using Optic Outlet in Lady Lake Florida.

I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing.
