Unfortunately, the staff who helped her had no patience or empathy. He suggested her car had been in the Milwaukee flood, was junk, and gave her info to have it towed for scrap. The car has a clean title and no signs of water damage. After the weekend, a mechanic found the issue promptly: a critter had chewed a wire. I know O'Reilly staff are not mechanics. As such, they should not tell people their cars are junk and should be scrap. Very disappointed to have sent her to this location.

On our drive home I notice the left rear tire was at 37psi, but was not aware of the original number so I didn't pay attention to it. By the next morning it was down to 19psi. The only tire that was over inflated was the one with a slow leak. Additionally, they did not include a spare tire with the car and when we noticed it was missing they promised to ship it to us. Fortunately I had my son, who is driving the car and is away at college, keep a tire inflater in the car and he was able to inflate it and drive it home. I now need to take the day off of work to have the tire repaired. As an update to this review, I received a call from them this morning. The tire needs to be replaced, and they are not only replacing the damaged tire but all four. They offered to have someone pick up the car and leave a loaner for us to use while the tires are being replaced so I don't need to take time off of work to address this. While the loaner isn't necessary I appreciate them going above and beyond my expectations to correct this. Seeing how they take care of their customers in this manner we will absolutely consider them for our next purchase.

From the test drive, there were immediate red flags: the battery was dead, and there were noticeable vibrations in the steering wheel. The battery was replaced before the sale, but I flagged concerns about the vibrations right away, suspecting a wheel bearing issue. Despite reaching out to service promptly, it took three separate visits over several weeks just to correctly diagnose a front wheel bearing failure (initially blamed on a poor brake job by the previous owner). That ultimately led to rotor and bearing replacements. After the proper diagnosis, it took 4 weeks to order the correct part and another 2 weeks to install it correctly -- after the first install failed due to the part being broken during installation. Not long after, a flashing check engine light came on along with a strange noise from the engine. I brought the vehicle in again, explained the issue, and they replaced the spark plugs -- yet the light kept flashing, and the problem persisted. Despite this, I was reassured that the car was safe to drive, and my concerns were dismissed because the techs claimed they couldn't hear or replicate the sounds I described. Eventually, on my third return visit for the same issue, the check engine light stayed on -- joined by another warning light. While merging onto the highway, the car suddenly went into a violent death wobble, then locked up, made a horrific screeching noise, and came to a stop in the middle of the road -- with my young daughter in the car. It had to be towed back to Holiday. After finally plugging it in for diagnostics, the issue was revealed: misfiring on a cylinder and catastrophic engine failure due to internal bearing damage and metal contamination. This was just 2 months after purchase, and I hadn't even driven it much due to the previous issues. Thankfully, I had an extended warranty, which helped with the $9,600 engine replacement -- on a $10,000 car. But even with the warranty, I had to fight about what would and wouldn't be covered, especially since most of the original 2-month/2,000-mile dealer warranty was wasted while my car sat in their shop for 4-6 weeks. The engine replacement itself took from June to the end of September -- and during the entire time (March-September), I went through 6 different loaners and drove approximately 30,000 miles. From March to September, I only had my own vehicle for maybe 2 of those months. While the car has run better since the engine replacement, I've still had ongoing vibration and pulsating issues. In May 2025, I brought it back again for an oil change and wheel inspection. I dropped it off at 7:30 a.m. and didn't hear a thing until 3:30 p.m., when I was told it was almost done. By 4:30, I was informed that yes, I needed tires, brakes, and rotors, and more importantly -- the previous wheel bearing repair had failed due to improper installation. At that time, I was told that Holiday would cover the bearing repair since it was their fault. Then came a $2,000+ quote for the new tires, brakes, and rotors -- excluding the bearing. When I attempted to schedule the service later, I was informed that they never agreed to cover the faulty bearing, despite having clearly said otherwise earlier. That would've added another $400-$600 to the bill. I attempted to set up an in-person meeting with Service Tech Matt, Service Manager Jeff, and Willie (the COO) of the company, providing specific dates and times -- and no one followed up. Throughout this process, I've dealt with: * Poor and delayed communication * Multiple misdiagnoses * Broken or improperly installed parts * Weeks-long delays waiting for correct parts * A complete engine failure shortly after purchase * Blame-shifting, denials, and failure to stand by their own work I've tried to remain respectful and patient, but I've been ignored, dismissed, and made to feel like an inconvenience. This car should have never been sold -- it should've gone to auction. If Holiday doesn't have the experience to inspect, sell, or service European vehicles, then they shouldn't be doing so. At this point, Holiday has never truly made anything right -- they've only prolonged issues and failed to accept accountability. I will never return to Holiday and will not refer anyone I care about there. Over the years, they've clearly gone downhill in all departments, which is a shame. As a small business owner, a parent, and someone who needs safe, reliable transportation, I cannot stress enough how stressful, costly, and dangerous this entire ordeal has been, especially when you consider that my daughter was in the car when the engine failed on the highway. This was not a fluke, this was avoidable had they properly listened, inspected and repaired thing's.

Another week goes by and i get a call that my head is repaired and my total bill is 2224.42 I do not feel this is right I was never given the quote I asked for and per chapter atcp132 Wis. admin. code administered by the bureau of consumer Protection they cannot make repairs with out giving the estimate I asked for 3 times. Their only solution to the problem is to pay the amount due in full or pay him 295.05 and he will remove all parts and damage the head. I feel neither is a suitable resolution. If the head was repairable, him damaging it could make it not repairable and it will not be the complete head i took in also charging me anything is not right because i didn't authorize any repairs or costs to be incurred i have offered to pay 1300 for repairs that i did not authorize in a attempt to resolve this and get this truck on the road but he has refused. i would not recommend anyone take anything to this shop they are crooks

It was not cheap, and unfortunately it's unlikely that their dealership made any money on this sale, in fact they probably lost money, but they certainly did take care of me, the customer, and as a result they won my trust and I absolutely 100% for sure would buy from Zac and Holiday again. Things go wrong sometimes, but they handled it perfectly. Above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They earned all 5 stars in this review.

The charges for a 13 mile tow and 1.5 days of storage was $354.71. Storage is $55/day, and a day is a minute or 24 hours. When the calendar changes, they charge you $55. They charged my daughter $165 for 36 hours of storage! I would call this taking advantage of helpless people. It's unethical and ridiculous. I would avoid these people at all costs. They should be ashamed, but I'm sure they're not. Stay away from these larcenists--certainly don't call them for a tow unless you want to be extorted to get your car back.

These two went above and beyond. They adjusted the tire pressure, drained the wiper fluid (it was a brown color) and refilled it, checked the oil and gave a lot of great feedback as to when to bring it back in and how everything was looking. It helped me to feel safe that we were prepared for our trip. I've gone to Valvoline before but these two just went above and beyond.

They never called so I called them and they stated they were waiting on parts and would call with update. Again never called. I called again and this is now 5 days later and said they found something else wrong and now we're waiting on those parts. Finally 1 week later it was ready and the price was way more expensive than what was quoted Overall I would not recommend them for repairs, communication is non existing. Automotive Specialists: "You're gonna have to bring it in for us to give you a quote" I bring in my car, thinking it was going to be a 5 minute thing - throw it on the lift see how bad the struts are. They say "well let you know" Take a whole 34 hours to get my "quote" They tell me a dozen other things "wrong" with the car, then give me a "quote" of $3250. Mark up the price of parts by about 3x. I say NO, then they tell me that the inspection will cost $150 AT NO POINT DID THEY COMMUNICATE THEY WERE DOING AN INSPECTION AND IT WOULD COST ME AN ENTIRE DAY OF PAY AVOID THESE SCAMMERS Not to mention they're literally giving gift cards away if you give them good reviews.

Worst experience ever! Zero communication! The service I…read morerequested was to have the battery replaced and oil changed in my 2005 Honda Civic. It took 3 hours and cost me $428.00. My appointment was for 1pm. My car wasn't moved from where I parked it until 1:25. I thought once they had my car in the garage and had a look at it that they would come out to the waiting room to give me my options. Instead, they installed a $254 battery; they thought this was ok for a 20yo car. There was no communication with me regarding anything until 2:45 when Brian came to the waiting room to inform me of $2000 worth of work that my car needed, which included $761 for 2 rear struts. I never asked for a full car inspection. I thought I would not be able to leave, but I was informed the battery was not yet installed. I didn't get out of there until 4 pm. Once I arrived home I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was billed $85 for a "charging system test" which I did not ask for, nor was it necessary. I then looked under the hood and saw that even though they had my car for 3 hours, they couldn't take a minute to do a courtesy top-off to the power steering fluid and brake fluid, but instead left them at below the low mark. The AAA battery they installed had a black date sticker of 6/24; a one-year old battery.
