Not only have i been trusting them to fix my vehicles for over 10 years, but all of the mechanics will take the time to explain anything (and everything) you need to know about what was wrong with your car and why you need to fix it- or why you might be able to wait and fix it in the future. My car [always] tends to have issues at the wrong time in life when pennies are being pinched, but i have always been left with a feeling of comfort knowing that i wont be taken to the cleaners from having to fix something that doesnt need to be fixed, or that im buying random new parts that dont need to be replaced. This place is one of THE most honest and reasonably priced auto shops in town. Im happy to say Im a customer for life. Ive even used their towing service multiple times, and they've always come to my rescue quick, got the job done safely, and got me back on the road in no time (tire change). Their shop is ALWAYS busy, so they must be doing something right AND, imo, doing it well! There is never a good time for this to happen. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. Only to drive maybe a mile down the road and become stranded on the side of the road having to call for tow truck. We all know that having a toe is not very cheap. Had my car towed to a GM dealership and had my car fixed properly. So not only did I pay $500 for tow and then the $600 to have the work done on my car that I had a coupon for. No wiring required as that was existing. 4 bolts, and the bill was 500 bucks. Shop rates have to be 300 bucks an hour to arrive at that big of a number. That would make a ford dealer blush.
