He really needs know that his help and polite demeanor goes such a long way when people are needing his service. They had the car ready by the time we walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch and came back. Talk about excellent service. They even had a walk-in just before us and it was already 3pm. As we were about to get a tow truck, a friendly native rolled up next to us and said that this lovely establishment was only a half block away. I got out and walked and as soon as I stepped through the door a friendly service man asked me what was up. I explained the situation and after waiting about thirty seconds I was in the car with Guy, a second service man, who immediately put on the spare tire (we had tried but the tire iron we had was super crappy). We followed him back to the shop, they found us a used tire and within about fifteen minutes we were back on our way. The best part of the experience came when we paid. He told us our total, which was impressively low, and said, "yeah, a lot of auto shops take advantage of ladies, but here, we give them a better deal. I grew up with four sisters!" Jack's is AWESOME. After his sale ended, he asked what he could do. I ask for a standard oil change and he explained the wait time and price to me in an off tone. And I asked if they also top off the fluids, he then continued to rudely explain that it would cost extra and then give me the incorrect prices of a gallon fluids and how it would basically be too much work for them it seemed, even though the business didn't seemed to be full. Very empty to me actually, but I wouldn't be surprised with the Front desk man's attitude. I understand that not every auto service business provides the requirements for a standard oil change, but he could of been a bit nicer about it, instead of rude and adding a strong whiff of racism because I am not fully caucasien. Due to this man's behavior towards me and whoever's next... My family and I will never come back to request a simple auto service from this business.
