The only complaint I had was I had to tell the person I wanted a different oil twice instead of Pennzoil.. Also it's a little more steep here for oil changes compared to where I'm from. Lube, oil, and filter for 4.2 quarts of Mobile 1 was $90!! But hey I guess that's the price you pay for convenience. My only advice "like I stated" be more clear with the customer and ask them everything; from oil to tire pressure. Other than that I'll be back extremely honest and friendly!

I was told everything else (fluids, brakes, front tires, etc) looked good. They ordered my tires and I waited for 5 hours for a call that the car was ready. When I received the call, I was told the tires never made it on the truck. They knew I had no more time to wait so I asked them to put my tires as they were and I would have to buy elsewhere. They told me it was urgent so I didn't delay. When I went to my other tire place to replace the bald tires, I was told the lug nuts were stripped and they couldn't remove 2 of my tires. I immediately called Hindsman & Son and was rudely dealt with by Steve. He accused me of never being there because I wasn't given an invoice. He said they had no record of me being there because I didn't pay anything. Again, I didn't purchase invisible tires that never showed up so no, I didn't pay anything. Then he argued that they never touched my tires even though they inspected the brakes and everything for safety? Bottom line is they messed up two of my tires and didn't have the decency or integrity to own up to it. They sent me on my way with stripped lug nuts and bald tires. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. They even lied about not having my number. They finally fixed the issue, I hope as I'm not a mechanic, but then they again sent me on my way with a bald tire. They never even put the new one on. They treated me like I had done something wrong when I returned the car for them to fix their mistakes. I have alerted my family as well so no one takes a chance at this place. They especially pray on single women and treat them like they are stupid. I will also be in touch with the better business bureau. Proceed with caution people!

When my daughter's Honda Civic Hybrid blew a tire on I-40 without a spare in the middle of the night (hybrids have batteries where spare tires usually go). We had to unexpectedly be towed to a local hotel and stay the night. When the tow truck driver dropped our car at the hotel at midnight, I didn't know how I was going to get it to Discount Tire in the morning after they opened. They were a mile away from the hotel. I called in the morning and spoke w/ Terry. He sent Cole to the hotel to put a spare on the car, take our tire back, fix it, and allow us to drive over on our own to reinstall it. They then removed all the remaining tires to check for additional damage before sending us on our way. All of this was covered by our Tire Certificates! I've been a customer of Discount Tire for years, but this location won me over for life!

The company that installed the new tire told us that we had a slightly bent rim, but should be fine to go camping. Fast forward over 400 miles later we had a brand new tire that didn't hold air for longer than 4 hours... thank God for this company and group of men! They knew our situation and did what they could to make the rim work so that the tire would hold air again.. They could have told us $200 to fix it and I would have paid it because we didn't have any other options, but they didn't say that. They put in about 30 mins of work and charged is $15!! I tried to get him to charge me more, however he wasn't hearing it. I can't say it enough... if you need work done and you're not from around there, worry not, these guys will take great care of you without draining your bank! Since I was flying out of town on Thursday July 31st, I called them to see if my repairs were complete. They said it would take a couple more days. I arrived back in town on Wednesday August 6th (three weeks after I originally turned in my truck) and called my wife and they said it would be done that afternoon. They called me back the afternoon of August 6th and said the repairs were complete. When I got there to pick it up, much to my surprise, when I inspected my truck, it was not finished. One of the primary pieces that was. supposed to have been replaced, the chrome step $723, had not been replaced. Yes it was on listed on the Job order/and final bill. Also, the truck had not been cleaned up and ready to drive out. They said it would take another two days. I finally got to pick it up at 4pm on Friday August 8th, 24 days after I had taken it to Sorrells body shop. The one positive note, the secretary Rose was very kind and considerate.
