First vehicle was great! 2nd vehicle, Steve rolled his eyes at me when I said the problem sounds like ball joints. He must be raising teen girls but no one in customer service should ever roll there eyes at a customer. Highly recommend staying clear of Steve. The company should keep him away from customers. I wouldn't recommend an alignment here either. When I walked in to pick up the car I requested someone other than Steve but no, Steve had the credit card device pointed out to me just tap and go. Not friendly at all. I don't think he even said a word. If I ever took my vehicle back an Steve was working, I'd drive straight by. Workers make or break a business. Steve will break you if you. I wanted a full refund and they said they would give it but then recanted saying the alternator was broke by the roadside mechanic who removed it. Laughable to say the least. They still owe me 708.03 and I have not seen it yet. Dishonest scammers using ignorance as a ploy to rip people off? I should have charged them for my time and the emotional barrage of saying is "it's done... Sorry another bad part" another 3 hour wait. Why would I schedule a service at this Nissan dealership 45 miles away (I live in the Albany area), when I could just go to my local dealer and PAY for a service there? Needless to say, I immediately left. I have no intention of giving that dealership another dime of my money, and I will never purchase another car from there either. That was another bad experience.
