First vehicle was great! 2nd vehicle, Steve rolled his eyes at me when I said the problem sounds like ball joints. He must be raising teen girls but no one in customer service should ever roll there eyes at a customer. Highly recommend staying clear of Steve. The company should keep him away from customers. I wouldn't recommend an alignment here either. When I walked in to pick up the car I requested someone other than Steve but no, Steve had the credit card device pointed out to me just tap and go. Not friendly at all. I don't think he even said a word. If I ever took my vehicle back an Steve was working, I'd drive straight by. Workers make or break a business. Steve will break you if you. Finally after 3 bad parts and 7 hours later as they were closing they fixed it... I left and 20 minutes later the car died... They were closed and I had to get To my hotel in Florida and thank goodness for a roadside mechanic. He explained that they didn't disconnect the battery and the alternator broke because of it. Tenneson Nissan charged me 900$ for absolutely nothing. Taking a day from my vacation and wasting my time. I wanted a full refund and they said they would give it but then recanted saying the alternator was broke by the roadside mechanic who removed it. Laughable to say the least. They still owe me 708.03 and I have not seen it yet. Dishonest scammers using ignorance as a ploy to rip people off? I should have charged them for my time and the emotional barrage of saying is "it's done... Sorry another bad part" another 3 hour wait. Then to have them not know how to properly install an alternator. Pretty sad.

A gentleman who put my spare on for me a year ago in a parking curb vs. tire situation recommended Del Toro on Moore Hwy. They solved the problem then with quality and courteousy. This time, they didnt have on hand a set or a replacement for my small size tires. They could have them Monday. I am not local. When I said I would continue looking, Del Toro asked me if I'd like them to put my spare on. I stopped somewhere in between for service. I didn't buy what they were selling. I mentioned the tread that peeled off and the wires sticking out. I said I had a spare but no jack. I left there on a dangerous tire and made it to Del Toro on Carpenter Road. I left Del Toro Tire and made it safely home to other gentlemen I know who will help me get the right repair at a fair value. If i were local, I would be there Monday for my replacemnt set of tires.
