After she left then i proceeded to try to talk to him & he continued to ignore me as we were walking inside the shop/office. I asked what time do you open? Mike said nothing,,the phone rang within 6-7 seconds. He picked up the phone & started talking to whomever was on the phone line. His rudeness was unexceptable to say the least! As the tab on it was faulty and broke. when I asked for a replacement he had refused then when I asked for a refund he did not Acknowledge. when I asked to speak to management he would not let me speak to them as well as accused me of breaking it on purpose. I have been in customer service for years and this is not how you run a business or provide customer service not only that i have seen him argue with multiple customers over things that can be fixed easily.
