A sour puss brunette named "RENEE". Who has the personality of a rock. Her service is always extremely cold, very unfriendly and unprofessional. Just the other day I was grabbing a hotdog to go out of the steamer holding bin. The plastic tong that sits up top of the steamer is held in place by a small piece of Velcro. As I was reaching for the tong to grab my hotdog The Velcro piece became undone. Accidently dropping the tong to the floor. "RENEE" witnessed this accident and scoured me with her damning and cold eyes. I apologized for the accident and to which I received no reply. I witnessed her pick up the tong of the dirty floor and place it right back on top of the steamer without washing it first. Not even a dunk in a sanitizing solution! This sort of unprofessionalism is not only unacceptable it is unsanitary and unhealthy. Sure to spread disease and make people sick! I was appalled by her unprofessional action. She should be terminated. I plan on reporting her to the district manager as soon as I get chance. I also feel a report to cooperate is also in order.

While visiting Portsmouth, Sullivan Tire told me I needed 4 new tires and I had 5/32 the tread left. I knew they were full of s$&@ because I had no indication of tire wear from my regular service providers. But as a woman with 3 small kids in tow they saw an opportunity. 2 independents have said i have plenty of tread left and my plugged tire works great. This location is crooks.
