It was not as big as we thought it would be and we were looking forward to having McDonalds for lunch. BUT there is no McDonalds in the Port Perry WalMart. Instead we enjoyed lunch at the little cafe there - the food was tremendous! Fresh, affordable, fast and hot! We will go back there for another lunch when we next visit Port Perry.

It's obviously the new model, and since it's opening, I've seen a few being transformed in the city. The last time I was here was during Christmas. I bought all my supplies for my party, and they had really good sales and exactly what I needed. I was mostly in the grocery section, and didn't need to explore the others. I also got some great Christmas crackers (Monopoly Deal) 6 for $5. Each one came with a key chain and a mini monopoly deal! Score. Walmart in general, has cheaper stuff, but in my opinion, some times it's similar to No Frills, or a Dollarstore (next door) could be even cheaper. Just keep an eye out for the flyer. This place is HUGE.

I ended up getting the logo in navy blue and white. Not exciting! My friend and I hit the women's shoe section. She found a cute, glittery pair of boots that fit her perfectly! She found them to be comfortable, even though she wouldn't be caught dead going on a date with them on. I feel that she is my lucky charm whenever we go to a Winners together. I found a fun pair of Tretorns in a size 11. They were patterned and they fit more comfortably than I recall. The footbed is far better than it used to be. I bought them without hesitation. They have a lot of stuff from furniture to clothing to toys to appliances to fitness equipment. Most of the bigger items look like they are opens boxed and used. And their price aren't attractive at all. Some furniture like night stands and cabinets are expensive, but has dents and scratches. You are better off going to home sense, The clothings are new but they are only a few dollars cheaper than the Costco price tags. I even saw a "new" vacuum cleaner that has dust in the canister. Make sure you ask how many people will be working on my vehicle and how many hours will it take It cost us $1049.63 just for labour with 3 or 4 guys for two hours. A word to the wise why would you not disclose that amount to a customer, give them a choice before starting the job.
