As I'm finishing my transaction, she informed the customer behind me (who was talking on their phone) that her associate would help him because she was going on break. After 3-4 attempts to tell him this, he moves to the other register, and she said within earshot of him "did I not say that clear enough?" To me/the open air, which I thought was slightly rude... Only person who really seemed to be doing anything was the young gentleman stocking in the food section. MAJOR spill on the very back aisle that extended into an adjacent aisle. Signs were up around it but there was absolutely NO effort in cleaning it up (hello, manager? You could be doing this? Spills should be dealt with ASAP.) Store was VERY understocked. I've noticed in this district some of the DG stores have this issue amongst others, and having met the young lady who oversees said district, it makes sense why this store and others are failing. I look to upper management as to why there's a problem with a location. The DM herself, and the individual store managers she hires are, I'll just say, unfit candidates for their positions. But hey, it's not what you know, it's WHO you know, right?
