They just told me on the phone 11:30. This pharmacy is treating me like a drug addict!! They lie to me and they lie to my husband. This is the reason I stopped taking this medication YEARS ago. Because they were treating me like this. And after such severe pain and unable to exercise or even do chores, after gaining over 60 pounds. I agreed with my dr to go back on it. And now they're doing the same thing. To me And treating me the same way. I've been a patient at this pharmacy since it was Thrift drug store in the Safeway parking lot as a 8 year old little girl. This pharmacy is completely unprofessional as I just got hung up on twice. And it's "700 prescriptions behind" according the "Chris" there at the Anderson location. Christina the pharmacy manager obviously doesn't know how to run the place. It's going down hill fast and losing tons of customers and I'm about to be one of them. The doctor informed me he was sending the prescription to Anderson RX. I was on my way to Anderson to pick it up unsure if being so late, it would be filled that night. Not even five minutes later, I received a call from Anderson RX reminding me they were closing soon. When I arrived they were very friendly, even being so close to their closing timeframe I received my prescription. First pharmacy who looked up our insurance information and updated it without us having to provide new cards. Walgreens will not do that! Anderson RX is by far the best! We drive from Redding just to go to there, it's worth the drive for the service.

The CVS pharmacy in Anderson seemed good the young guy who works the register was very great. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help if there was an issue but he had a very quiet voice so if you're hard of hearing you would have trouble hearing him, other than that he's the best worker they have. My friend went to get their supplies, they are a type 1 diabetic so their supplies are very crucial for survival, and the lady who was working the counter said he owed an insane amount of money for his stuff which is incorrect because his insurance covers all of his stuff and it's actually against Federal Law for him to be charged for any of his stuff because he's in a certain program. I tried explaining that to the woman but she would not listen to anything I said and insisted he had to pay if he wanted his stuff. We left the pharmacy without his supplies for his insulin pump because that lady refused to take the time to look at his records to see he isn't supposed to be charged. If she didn't know, which she obviously didn't, she could have asked someone who does but she didn't. The young guy who is usually the one who helps my friend wasn't in that day so my friend didn't get his diabetic supplies. I was not at all happy with the outcome of that pharmacy trip at all. We wasted our gas and our time because of that woman's unwillingness to hear what we had to say or look at my friend's file to see his insurance covers all of his stuff. Quite disappointing. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the young guy with long hair that works the register. Also don't bother calling them, if you want to talk to someone you'll have to go in to the pharmacy. If you call you'll have to leave them a message and they say they'll call you back but they never return calls. That is really frustrating.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at CVS Pharmacy…read more I'm honestly still very upset about my experience at the CVS pharmacy on 8/14. I was recently prescribed a new medication for anxiety and had a few completely reasonable questions for the pharmacist about how it works, potential interactions, and how long it may take before I notice an effect. Instead of providing helpful information, the older pharmacist questioned why my doctor had prescribed the medication. She actually told me, "Your doctor diagnosed you with something else and isn't telling you." Hearing this was incredibly upsetting and alarming. I was already starting a new medication for anxiety, and rather than reassuring me or simply looking into the medication, I was made to question whether my doctor had been honest with me about my own diagnosis and treatment. I explained that the medication had been prescribed off-label for anxiety, but she continued to question the prescription. She eventually looked it up and confirmed that the medication is, in fact, used for anxiety. What was especially disappointing was that she never apologized or acknowledged how serious and upsetting that statement was. I left feeling embarrassed, confused, and honestly like I was being made to feel crazy for simply asking questions about my own medication. Pharmacists have an incredibly important role in patient care. Patients should feel safe asking questions without being judged, frightened, or made to doubt their doctors and diagnoses. Statements like this can be especially harmful to someone already dealing with anxiety and could potentially cause a patient to become afraid to take medication that was appropriately prescribed. I sincerely hope CVS management takes this experience seriously. Patients deserve compassion, professionalism, and accurate information--especially when it comes to mental health and starting a new medication. Please do better, CVS.

All in all I would give cottonwood drugs between a 3:00 and 3/4 and 4 and 1/2 stars no business is five stars at all I don't care who they say they are.
