Everything. This is the unethical pharmacy I have every experienced. First let me say that I am White and my wife is Hispanic. We attempted to get our prescriptions filled today and it ended up with them refusing to refill any of them. I was informed by the pharmacy manager that I was rude to his staff. This was an outright lie. The manager advised me that since our medicine was controlled the issuing PA had to state what the diagnosis was which was not provided. Both me and my wife were confused but apparently that is another rule that was specific to Walmart. This in itself was not a problem at this point. What was is the fact that we were not informed of this at time we checked in and gave our written prescriptions to the tech. When we informed of this it obviously made us upset. The tech immediately ot to the pharmacy manager and told him that both me and wife were being disrespectful ( which was a lie we were upset but at no time disrespectful at this point)at that point the pharmacy manager came over and refused to fill the prescriptions and started stating that we both and been rude and was transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy in the area. Fine we got our prescriptions and another pharmacy and no issues at all. Additional we our medication was filled at another pharmacy we discovered that Walmart had prescriptions that were ready to be filled, but ignored that and never us.I will NEVER, NEVER visit this pharmacy again-PERIOD read more

These people are horrible. They're always training new people and you can't even ask a question without these representations taking offense to the question all I did was ask why you needed my ID when it was my wife's medication. I tried to explain you always took hers before. Well as usual it ended with a problem they took the trainee off and put an experienced pharmacist tech and things were find up to the point where my physician had prescribed the wrong medication ( which was not the pharmacy's fault ). This pharmacy needs more staff. I just tried to get the pharmacy for the 15 minutes and no one would answer the phone. This is a constant problem no matter what time you call. The other issue is illegals coming from the border a good portion of individuals in the pharmacy line are from across the border. None of them speak English and they tie of the line with all their talking to the pharmacy tech. read more

I have been getting medicine there for a few months , and two days ago del told me to pick the medicine in two days , I go to pick it up and they tell me that they are having issues getting it, I understand if they don't have it at least be more professional and let me know or text me , but the personal there made a mistake ,when I check again after another 29 minutes on line they tell me they did not have it and that it wasn't their mistake I have to have the insurance company call them and let them know what was there's mistake after that they tell me they can't get the medicine and don't know when will they have it , this is all BS I think because they don't want to accept their mistake they are just been lazy, this has happened to me a couple times I hope they get their act together. This walmart pharmacy is a joke they are so incompetent Efrain yelled at me because he said I had a prescription there to dispense 10 tablets when I arrived there was only 3 I asked why he got on the phone to yell at me are you for real like I'm his child he refused to call another supervisor or someone above him he did tell me to take my prescriptions to another pharmacy if I was dissatisfied and I will do just that! Over the past few weeks, we have tried to use both of their drive-ups. The green button does not open the door, and the red button does not seem to get anyone's attention. So, we always have to still go inside, which defeats the purpose of the drive-up. Last Tuesday, we got a text from Walmart, saying that our Rx would be ready Wednesday (the next day) by 2 pm. Saturday (yesterday), when we went to pick it up, they said that it was not ready, and go come back later that day. I asked why we had been sent a text that had bad information. The lady said that that text was not intended to be accurate. When we called later that day, we were told by another lady that the Rx would not be ready until Monday (tomorrow). read more

Giving this pharmacy a 1 is a gift. Take today I had two problems with them in one day. That must be a record. My wife had just had surgery and the prescriptions were called in yesterday from UMC. I was told they would be ready after 7pm but knowing how bad this place is I wanted until this morning. I was their when they opened at 9am. Once I was called the pharmacy technician told me I owed $76.00. I said that can't be I have zero co-pay on generic drugs. I asked her if she had the insurance on file. Well apparently she couldn't figure that out either. She told me I would have to go home and get my wife's insurance car it was at that point that I became irritated and the pharmacist came over. He worked on it and pulled up my wife's insurance information and everything went through. Now if that wasn't enough I went to the Doctors this morning and had two prescriptions refilled. I was told they would be ready by 3pm ( I had called them at 12:30pm ) so I go over there at 3pm and now I'm told that it will be at least another 2 hours. Unbelievable. The staff here are the most friendly pharmacy staff I've ever had to deal with. They are always super quick and willing to help make sure you get your medication fast. Most pharmacy have a 1 hour pharmacy but here I've never had to wait more than 30 mins typically it's. 15 mins. read more

Giving this pharmacy a two is a gift. Today I get a fax stating my wife's medication was ready. Arriving at the pick up line I discovered that they filled the prescription with an incorrect number of pills. I was advised the wait time was two hours. After three years of living here I found this to be a problem with most pharmacies here. I shouldn't have to double check everything they UPDATE: This pharmacy continues to decline. I have t check everything they do:: Make sure they have right insurance Make sure it's covered. I actually have them ran it though to be sure. They ask for your call back number but never call back. The customer service is terrible. One representative at the drop off woman has absolutely no communication skills. She just sits there and takes the order and than never cHecks to see if they have it in stock.I'm told to come back in 2 hours than I'm told I it's not in stock and to add to these their lines are ridiculously long. I real UPDATE: 01-19-20. Still another screw up by this so called pharmacy. If negative -10 possible that's what they deserve. I called for my medicine on Friday of last week. I was told they had to order it and it would be ready by Wednesday when their shipment comes in. They took my number to let me know since Trust them I called again on Thursday and was told the same thing only this time the individual was rude so I decided to want until Saturday since I got a notification that the medication was ready. I went to the pickup up and was told it was for another medication. No phone call from the individual even after I asked him twice to call me. I went to the drop off window and spoke to a woman who could barely speak English. She went and got a pharmacist. Who, to be honest waS nice and explained what happened. Apparently they were never able to get the medication and pharmacy technician's aren't suppose to call customer's "REALLY" I let him know that if someone representing a company Than they have a professional duty to call that person back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have to check each and every medication coming out of there since they make constant mistakes it's no wonder they can't fill the open pharmacist position. I actually have to bring the used bottle of medicine in to show them how many refills are available. Such incompetence. read more

I really want to like this pharmacy but no matter how hard I try they always to something to mess it up. The most recent example involves trying to order medicine thru their Walmart app. For some reason when I entered my information ( which they have had for at least a year) a response came back saying they couldn't validate my identity and to simple go into the pharmacy and show them my ID and it would be set up. Yesterday I went there to pick up a prescription and no one knew what I was talking about. The drop off window referred to to the pick up line but neither knew what I was talking about. Walmart actually sent me a letter saying they were sorry that my identity couldn't be verified and than went on to say the same that the previous letter had said it really saddens me that Walmart's pharmacy technicians have such a limited knowledge of there job I feel the need to update my review on Walmart's pharmacies. They continue to not inform you if medications are not available or only a partial refill. They will tell you your refill is ready just to find out that that they are out of stock or can only give you a partial refill. Yesterday I had another confrontation with a pharmacist. They are constantly out of medications ( some of it is not their fault ) Their turnover rate is high and are constantly making follow up mistakes. In summary Walmart pharmacies have a long way to go to being a decent pharmacy.. read more

Got really ti red of them having to order my meds and never getting them. The script would have expired if I hadn't transferred it to another store. I never ever have had this issue with Walgreens. I've done business with them for over 20 years read more

Very disappointed with pharmacy. Usually have great service, but not when I needed it most. Walked in at about 8:30 p. m. after visiting urgent care. Really needed my meds. The girl at the counter was not very customer service oriented. I told her I needed them tonight. She just said sit and wait. I went to get some essentials to make it through the night , return and the pharmacy is closed. Not even a call through the intercom. They use to intercom for an oil change, why not the pharmacy?So, I'm going to suffer through tonight and tomorrow. Never again! Walgreens here I come.
