Incompetent, dim-witted, low comprehension, arrogant and abusive. I had to keep repeating information and spelling it out. The first clerk was totally incompetent. The second, Wendy was also abusive, demanding, condescending and hung up on me when I didn't respond as she demanded. Very frustrating and horrifying lack of service. No-one should have to kiss butts to get their prescription. Hard to get the Premarin but they keep pushing Opiates that I don't want or need. That Rx should have been off the books long ago. There are only two local pharmacies belonging to a national chain that provide accessibility to travelers. I will have the Rx transferred to the locally understaffed Walgreens. They too are incompetent and you have long waits but at least they're not abusive. Furthermore, just asking for a name and birthdate to access prescription info is not secure at all. Walmart is Horrible all the way around. Michelle, the person I called next to report the problem in pharmacy to, was concerned, and appropriate. Ok this is a step in a new direction for me pharmacy reviews! I have mostly used CVS for pharmaceutical needs, And the rising cost of much needed health care is always a need. I went to wallyworld for a basic need of Sudafed And had great help from the young blond who was very nice and helpful, but if she knew more it would have been great! To long now I have had to deal with people who were rude or downright unhelpful! Depends on where you go they all have different prices dictated by the drug maker, the in between guy for get what their called and the pharmacy, but if you ask and their helpful they can give you a better rate on your cost by competing with other stores and drug apps such as GoodRx that they don't all tell you about, if you download the app it gives the discount price they will have to give you! So keep this in mind on your next purchase that a better price can be obtained if you ask! As for the others at this place they were less than helpful. read more

I will never fill my prescriptions here again. I called ahead and off course they aren't ready. It doesn't matter if you call days before or the morning of, it won't be ready. Total disrespect of my time. Everything is going to Walgreens from now on, they apparently have a clock and value their customer's. read more
