This is…read moreabsolutely the worst Walgreens, and probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with since 1995. Went here to pick up prescriptions ordered by the ER doctor. It was our first experience with this Walgreens. I checked in at the counter to get my prescription. I was informed by the tech that it wasn't ready, but would be in 10-15 minutes. I returned to the counter 25 minutes later to check the status and the same tech told me they were having problems with their computer processing the items, but it should be resolved quickly. After about 15 minutes I asked the tech what the cost would be and she asked the pharmacist who said it would be negligible but she would be done in a minute after making some crack about how busy they were. The tech further informed me that they would just send it to another pharmacy. When I asked her what good that would do and didn't cave to her threat she just walked away. About 5 minutes later the pharmacist calls out for someone to check me out. The tech I had been dealing with, who was unoccupied at that time, then walked to the back and ignored the pharmacist. A couple minutes later another tech approached the pharmacist and asked a question. She replied to the tech and then told him to ring me up next. He didn't and called out for the next person in line. I asked him if he was going to ring me up as directed and the pharmacist came out and started yelling at me, told me I was rude for asking the question, said they were busy, and that she was going to send the prescription elsewhere. (I now know where the tech got her attitude from) The pharmacist and I exchanged words and she finally asked if I wanted to come back and help. I replied yes and she didn't know what to do. She then told me that I couldn't and I asked why and she just said I cannot. This interaction put me in the position of finding a new pharmacy in town, which I did. I found one on south 2nd Street that had friendly staff and were very helpful when I went to inquire if they took our insurance. Good riddance to Walgreens. I will file a corporate complaint, but I doubt it will go anywhere.

I called the prescriber and they said they left a voice message. I called back and they said they were giving flu shots and would check it later. An hour and a half later I pull up to the drive thru window and ask for the medication and give them coupons. I sit and wait to finally be told they were waiting on info from the prescriber. I volunteer to leave and come back. They said 20 min should be good. I come back in 20 minutes and the pharmacy tech says she didn't do anything because they were busy. I told her I would wait but I would not come back To this pharmacy again. The tech said ok. I proceeded to wait in lIne. About 30 more minutes a car behind me leaves. I wait longer. The driver behind me gets out of her vehicle and comes Up to me and asked what was going on. I proceed to explain the situation. She informs me the tech told a customer I refused to leave. This customer knocks on the glass and the tech comes back. I nicely confronted the tech telling her it was disrespectful and rude when she had never asked me to move. The tech informs me that the pharmacist was on the phone again because he didn't understand the milligrams. I requested a phone call and moved to the parking Lot and waited. The tech didn't call I finally pulled back up and she said it is ready. Never again will this CVS get my business.

There was a great variety of bakery items, including the typical holiday themed items. There are clothing sections for the whole family and they seem to have many choices of items. There is also a large electronics department. Something I found unique: they have a pharmacy drive thru in the front section of the parking lot. It's covered, and there are poles for the prescriptions to travel thru. It's a very interesting set up.

Brought it by and they said they fixed it but it keeps happening. Brought it back again and they said the tread is coming off so I need a new tire but want to charge me 60 bucks even though I had both warranties. When I said that's fine but I want my tire back so I can go to the manufacturer directly, all of a sudden I needed to speak with a manager. She then stated I didn't get them rotated and rebalanced enough so now they are not under warranty and they won't do anything and want to charge me full price for another tire! Darlene the manager was extremely rude and condescending, Stating I should have "read the entire back of the warranty ". I know I should have but people have lives and trust in the companies that service their vehicles to at least warn them about rules regarding the warranty THEY SELL! The manager Charles Rowell knowing lies to customers about repairing the "SmartCarts" (handicapped carts) 4 out of the 6 of these carts have been broken for months and they have NO intention on fixing them. They 2 other SmartCarts don't work properly either. This store used to be a nice convenient little store. But the current management is horrible.
