This is a typical super Walmart. There's a good produce section. The fruit and vegetables looked colorful and fresh. There was a great variety of bakery items, including the typical holiday themed items. There are clothing sections for the whole family and they seem to have many choices of items. There is also a large electronics department. Something I found unique: they have a pharmacy drive thru in the front section of the parking lot. It's covered, and there are poles for the prescriptions to travel thru. It's a very interesting set up. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous! I bought 60k mile warranty tires here less than 6 months ago, even bought the road hazard warranty and my tire keeps going flat. Brought it by and they said they fixed it but it keeps happening. Brought it back again and they said the tread is coming off so I need a new tire but want to charge me 60 bucks even though I had both warranties. When I said that's fine but I want my tire back so I can go to the manufacturer directly, all of a sudden I needed to speak with a manager. She then stated I didn't get them rotated and rebalanced enough so now they are not under warranty and they won't do anything and want to charge me full price for another tire! Darlene the manager was extremely rude and condescending, Stating I should have "read the entire back of the warranty ". I know I should have but people have lives and trust in the companies that service their vehicles to at least warn them about rules regarding the warranty THEY SELL! I will NEVER use them again and I suggest you don't either. I also hope Darlene has the day she deserves! read more

Beware of doing pick up orders from this Walmart. They don't even try, honestly. I wanted a bag of grapes. I was given less than half a bag of grapes. They knew when they chose that item the customer would be upset. This wasn't a last minute order either. I placed it the day before. I worked a full night shift, picked up my order, drive 30 minutes home and that's what I find. It's irritating beyond words. read more

this store deserves four stars, mostly for having competitive prices and a good variety of items. Unfortunately i have to subtract a star for being a greedy monopolistic corporation, no big deal. so solid 3 star store. once apon a time, i needed taco seasoning. I picked up the Great Value brand not thinking of the negative repercussions. After i purchased the item, before i used it to make tacos, i glanced at the ingredients list thinking the first thing i would read would be salt, chili pepper or something to that nature. To my surprise the first ingredient is an ultra processed, questionably toxic, substance called Maltodextrin. No worries, i thought, everyone accidently buys poison every once in a while... ill just utilize walmart's "Great Quality. Great Price. Guaranteed".. Now although the package states, "if for any reason you aren't happy, we'll return your money. all you need is the package. It's that simple. Guaranteed", i was informed by customer service that you need not just the (unopened) product and its package, but also the receipt. moral of the story; minus one star for selling me poison. minus one star for printing lies on the package of your house brand.. read more

I love Walmart pick up but lately they've been a mess! Several months ago I placed a rather large order & it was canceled 9 times. Even after I talked to customer service every time they would say "I promise this one won't cancel its gone through & it would cancel every time. Yesterday I placed a pickup order & they sent it to Ada. I couldn't wait on some of it so I drove to Ada. They also left off what was to be delivered so I had to place another order. Well I am in Ada about to pick up & they canceled my order "suspicious activity" I am royally mad now! Beware Walmart is on the fritz again! read more

The manager of this store was not kind. They wouldn't sell a 23 year old alcohol because 2 people under 21 were present with her. He also doesn't know how to read because he questioned our energy drinks thinking they were alcoholic but they weren't. I am very disappointed and angry with this situation. The cashier who was helping us wasn't for sure on the rules and was unsure about getting her manager. The staff needs to be kinder and more reasonable because there is no law stating they can't sell alcohol to a person overage. If someone comes in to buy alcohol don't bring your children in because they won't sell it! DO NOT GO THERE. read more

Store shelves are always half empty, there is only one or two registers open other than self checkout (I don't work for Walmart and I don't work for free) I don't use them, and dozens of employees standing around talking. When I payed I was given my change in nickels, 80 cents in nickels. They had just opened the register and checked out one person who payed with a card, why did she not have any change. If you ever need help or have a problem, no one can help you. Somehow no one in the entire store is knowledgeable or responsible about or for anything. This is the worst Walmart, maybe grocery store in general I have ever shopped at. I will no longer be shopping here, or any Walmart if I can help it. I think about all of the small stores that Walmart has put out of business and how none of them were as incompetent and lazy as current Walmart's have become. read more

This WalMart is intense. I'm stopped by on the way to Sardis Lake for a fishing trip because we had to get my boyfriend a fishing license and pick up a few odds and ends. From the outside, it looks like a normally sized WalMart. The place was packed on a Saturday morning, and we had to park a ways out. Once you walk in, the place is like the size of a shopping mall. The cashier at the sporting goods section was very nice and quickly *hooked* us up with the fishing license. It was pretty easy to find everything we needed because its laid out like almost every other WalMart. We then made, what seemed like, a mile long journey to the other side of the store to get a few snacks. We used the self checkout for the snacks, and it went quickly and smoothly. Overall a good experience, but it makes me sad to think of how many smaller companies were likely put out of business by this super center. read more

I use the online grocery order every week. It was very convenient since I can't shop inside due to health issues, however lately there are notations on certain items I've purchased on past orders that say "not available for curbside" which I do not understand. I called the store and the employee didn't know. I called the corporate number and the woman was confused stating that it must be out of stock and she didn't understand it either. I had a relative going out there so I asked her to check on 1 of the items that they said wasn't available today and lo and behold there it was. I'm really irritated and want an answer!! I'll call mgmt tomorrow and I'll keep calling until they change their policies. Just know that if it says not available for curbside that they just don't want to bring it out to you!!!! If you are going to lock one of your doors an hour earlier than other locations do, perhaps you should put up some indication to people before they park and walk up to the locked door. I am still young and (kind of)healthy, but the elderly woman that was tricked at the same time as me could have probably done without the extra trek to the other door. Some examples that more courteous Walmart stores use is blocking the doors with up-ended carts or the racks of quarter machines usually located near the entrance. They also put up large signs when they lock the doors. You can see those things from a distance, unlike the notebook-size signs that you are currently using. I know you are remodeling now, but that is no reason to be lazy. read more

The old man and dark haired bigger woman in the auto center wouldn't let us leave and accused us of stealing and tried to check our bags which HAD NOTHING hanging out of them. We also only had 2 bags and about 5 items. I won't be coming back here. Y'all employees won't accuse me of stealing. It's also illegal to check bags and receipts. Had to go all the way up to the front of the store where we walked out with no problem... bored people with lame jobs. The women who accused us was very very rude. read more

Was checking out in a 20 or less lane and was surprised about the rudeness of the cashier. She mumbled a complaint about my bringing my own grocery bags, then 3 times ordered, not asked, me to push my groceries right up to her, even though they were clearly within arms length. She did not have a name badge on, so when she finished I asked for her name. I know everyone has a bad day but no customer deserves to be treated as if they were a pain to wait on. If there is ever a next time, my groceries will be left. read more

A large store, nice people, but the entrance on the South side has all the parts in tables in the middle of the entrance, which makes it very difficult to get through fighting the bargain hunters with their shopping carts and their little bags. The management needs to reevaluate where they put their part in tables. Other than that has a lot of stuff, and the people are nice there as well. read more

Pure trash. This place is managed poorly and never has anything in stock. 18 registers and they only open 3 of them at 6pm, best time for the people shopping after getting off work. Stupidity.
