The pharmacist are friendly and sympathetic to everyone who comes in the door. They do their jobs will remaining so human about their craft. I appreciate them, and their staff very much. If you miss the old staff from FoodWorld Pharmacy, you will find a couple of them working here! Come give them a try! I promise you will not go back to your big box pharmacy.

Sadly, chain appears fading…read more Shelves half stocked, many prescriptions, otc meds, "we'll have it tomorrow" requiring two trips, more if not yet rec'd. Bought electronic CVS brand medical device, half function failed w in two wks, I called pharmacist (very nice by the way) who confirmed none on shelf but expected in next shipment, check in few days. Checked, not in. Few days later remaining function failed. Took dead unit back for refund, had copy of cc statement w me showing date and more charged than unit cost so unit not broken out. Assistant mgr handled the matter said no refund cuz I had bought "almost" 5 wks ago(actually, 4 wks to the day) and I didn't have the receipt, only the cc statement. He checked his computer, said last one they had sold was the date on my receipt. I pointed out yes, the defunct unit on the counter! He talked to pharmacist who remembered my calls about that item, said they would replace if they had one, but shelf was empty, none in latest shipment. I pointed out it was a CVS branded item, w at least a one yr warranty, return to any CVS for replacement or refund. But they couldn't replace, wouldn't refund even though their computer showed their last one had been purchased on the date on my cc statement. Finally, after far too long they gave me a gift card for the full amt. This sad, the people who work there are very nice, helpful, but hampered by the accountant beancounters trying to squeeze out the last $.01 of profit, DAMN THE CUSTOMERS! Beancounters like this who focus solely on maximizing profit can't seem to understand, wo satisfied customers a retail co is doomed.

If I could give a 0 Star review, here is where it would go…read more After being given the wrong medication 2 separate times, I was then told I couldn't get the medication I needed because one of the medications THEY MISTAKENLY GAVE ME, would be too many of a particular type/class of drug?!?! (My husband picked up both times and didn't look to see what was in the bag. You CANNOT, BY LAW, take back a RX) I've also been "waiting" for a medication this man could not clearly explain WHY they wouldn't fill it, beyond "regardless of when the prescription came in, I'm gonna give it to the person that's been here 11 years over someone that has only been here 1year" So if I have an unfilled prescription, WAITING A MONTH to fill, if someone he knows better comes in with the same prescription...they will get it first. HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT OUT LOUD FOLKS. To top this HORRIFYING, in person experience with the Pharmacist Lee, I was then told I could "go ask another pharmacist if I thought he was lying" Who in the WORLD talks to someone like that?!!? Sadly, we left out Pharmacy of 25 years to come and be treated like this‍ No Thank you I will find every place I can possibly review this Business, up to and including the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. Today, January 2,2026 Went to auto checkout on grocery end…read moreof store. There are 4 auto registers but only 2 open. I was the 12th person in line. I asked the attendant who was in charge of two side-by-side sets of auto checkout sections. I asked if the two testers that were closed were broken. His reply was " No. When there is only one person to monitor both sets of auto checkout sections that they have to close two registers." My response "This is not directed at you but I'm guessing that this is what Walmart considers to be 'customer service'." Let me suggest to the powers that be: 1. Open the other two registers or 2. Hire more people!!!!! After returning home I attempted to call the store to speak to the manager. After about 15 rings I got the recorded message indicating an extremely high call volume and to try my call later. Again I ask "Why not hire more employees to even answer the phone"?????? I did try later and got the same recording!!!!! I just looked at the top of my screen and saw 3100 Hough Rd. Have no idea why other than Walmart's IT staff needs help as well. My comments are directed to the Supercenter Walmart onDoering Drive in Florence, KY. Oh, how I wish CUSTOMER SERVICE were still a priority for companies of today. It's non existent at Walmart!!!
