The original package was opened, torn and discolored, the contents was also discolored. This should have never happened. I went to the store earlier that afternoon, and purchased a few items, so found out when I got home, about 25 minutes later, my Walmart bag was not in my car. I had however, my receipt in my wallet, which was proof of purchase. So I returned back to Walmart went to the Customer Service to see if someone had returned my bag with the purchases I made. I was asked to get all the items from the receipt and bring it back to them. As I started my hunt I went first to get the Birthday Card for my husband, and then proceeded searching for the remaining items, that's when I encountered Mr. Francis, the Co Manager, I mentioned I was looking for these items and described what had happened. Without any hesitation Mr. Francis took my Walmart receipt and asked me to sit down by McDonalds, (inside the store,) and wait for him.
