Last winter the entire store renovated an empty storefront on Wilmington Road. They put in a drive through window and offer free delivery! What's not to like? The automated refill system is easy and painless. If there's a question, a clerk will call you back to clarify. They take my insurance even when it changed this year. The pharmacist knows me and called a few months ago to go over my scripts and answer questions. I found out that one of my scripts should be taken at night instead of mornings. I love the clean look and brightly lit store, the newer carts and the convenient location. Our family has moved all of our scripts here. Check it out for yourself.

You're seated with a white projector screen behind you, the flattering overhead fluorescent lights above and she's standing about 10ft away. Without a flash, the shadows on your face from harsh lighting along with the angle taken by an inexpensive digital camera and you've been had. Knowing I was in a hurry, and having seen their printer spit out the photo, she kept me waiting 20 minutes as she walked away to do something else. It would have taken all of 45 seconds to check out, yet stuck waiting. The store was virtually empty, other associates doing nothing and she's running her mouth just a few feet away. I'd NEVER employ someone like this, and if they're going to take a photo, they need to learn how to do it correctly. Epic FAIL!
